My husband and I travel with a 50 lb doodle dog so we stay at La Quinta a lot because they are gracious enough to accept large pets. This hotel is not the norm for the brand. The first thing I noticed were holes in the hall ceiling where there had been some sort of plumbing issue. Once inside our room I found the curtains wouldn’t open or close. The pull rod was on the floor. The vents were filthy and clogged with dust. The bath towel I used was stained to the point it should’ve been trashed. I took a shower before bed and had plenty of hot water. My husband attempted to shower this morning and had no hot water and eventually a trickle of cold water. Breakfast is served at 5:30 am. I’m assuming to accommodate all the contractors that stay here. I had a stale bagel and the “creamy” peanut butter was so hard I couldn’t get it out of the packaging to smear on my bagel. The pro to this hotel was a firm bed with clean sheets. It is walkable to Cracker Barrel which is important to us since we order to go and eat in the room so we don’t have to leave our dog unattended. Front desk clerk who checked us in was very welcoming.

The hotel is in a very rough state, the have holes in the ceiling exposing pipes right in front of the elevator, the elevator safety certificate is expired. It expired in September of 2024. The room was decent but the bathroom was in bad condition. The shower had low pressure and the water fluctuated from hot to cold on its own. The toilet area had cracks and it was loose from the floor so it moves. The bed was good and room service was good. Breakfast was good for your normal hotel breakfast.

Was cussed by the downstairs maid in front of my children because I brought her and office lady bugs off the beds and walls !!!! Lice and cockroaches !!!!!!!!!! And all I asked was for my points back !!! Then was told I wasn’t aloud back via the owner said I had bashed them on Facebook when I definitely had not ! Well now I am !!! Horrible experience unless u like nasty rooms and bugs & then to be treated absolutely horrible then don’t stay here ! I have PLENTY pictures and videos of the rooms and maid cussing at me INFRONT OF MY CHILDREN which IS illegal!!! I will be contacting my lawyer !

Terrible. Maids dont change sheets, just make beds back up. Both my bed sheets, pillowcases, blankets were covered in hairs & yellow/brown stains. Towels in bathroom were stained. No hot water. Lots of trouble with key card, dirty carpets in hall and stairs, elevator inspection way out of date. Bisquits were hard as a rock, bagels were wet & mushy. Wont stay here again. Only positive was woman behind desk was very nice.

Stayed one night and I would not recommend it. The bathroom had a horrible paint job which made it look dirty, and there was brown stains in the bathtub. Beds were comfy. A/C in the hall was horrible. Breakfast was disgusting. Me and my husband had a terrible time.

Good one. Staff also nice. However we found later there were bugs come from dogs. We did not see. They have bitten our body. We later realize. Other than that we are okay with this place.

I stopped to stay at this hotel late on the first night of the evacuation from Florida before Hurricane Milton. All of the hotels were booked from north Florida to Atlanta, and this location was the only place I could find to stop with vacancy. Upon entering my room, I noticed several areas of concern. The sheets were stained on both beds in the room. This was not just a few stains, but several on the comforter, top sheet, etc. In the bathroom, urine stains were very visible on the wall behind the toilet, and the tub had about two inches of water in it that would not drain and dirt was resting at the bottom of the water. All of these concerns were expressed to the hotel manager and his lack of concern was appalling. Wyndham Customer Service was contacted after the fact, and they will not issue a refund for an unclean room even after photos were provided for reference to my claims. I don’t typically leave reviews, but the lack of responsibility taken by both the hotel and Wyndham is appalling. Do not stay here, no matter how desperate you are.
