The staff was very nice. However, the ground and interior of the hotel need serious upgrades and repairs. The mattresses were in need of replacement. The rooms reminded me of a cheaper motel than a hotel. The breakfast? The bananas were good. That about covers the food. This was a free night for us, so I did not complain to the hotel about anything we found inferior. I will not stay there again and I would not recommend staying there.

We stopped here during our travels and found the place to be quite busy, but there was only one person at the front desk. We had brought items for the fridge, but unfortunately, it didn’t work. The phone also wasn’t functioning, so I had to use my almost dead phone to call for help. I ended up waiting on hold for 20 minutes. ||They suggested we move to another room, but that wasn’t an option for us. We had been traveling and were very tired. I had just unpacked everything and wanted to rest. Additionally, I’m handicapped, and moving rooms would have been difficult, especially with our senior dog.||They offered a discount on our bill, which we accepted, but the inconvenience of not having a functioning fridge was still a major annoyance. We had to use our cooler, and since we were on the second floor, getting ice—which was only available on the first and third floors—required several trips. There was only one elevator for the entire building.||Furthermore, the carpet outside our door was damp, making the tile floor very slippery when we entered. If we had to pack up and move rooms, I would much prefer to find somewhere more convenient instead.

Beds and bathroom were very clean. Mattress, pillows, and bedding were extremely comfortable and fresh. They had construction inside, but it was kept clean and quiet - very conscious of the guests. Staff very helpful and friendly. Pet friendly although we didn't have ours with us. Parking lot EXTREMELY well lit and felt safe coming and going in the dark. Floors were clean and shiny.
Wishing all hotels were like this. Highly recommend

Room was a bit dusty and housekeeping came into the room prior to our checkout time but overall, a very well maintained property at a very fair price. Breakfast was very good and the staff was very friendly.

I booked a hotel room at La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Bryant and paid $142.

Unfortunately, the room was extremely noisy due to loud HVAC systems. The mattress was very uncomfortable — it was overly springy, and I could feel even the slightest movement from my child while sleeping. It was impossible to get proper rest.

I was so grateful for this La Quinta! I had stayed at a days in the night before that was so awful. I decided I couldn’t stay two days at the other place and since there was no Hyatt in Little Rock, I had to find another place that would allow my dogs. I found the nicest hotel that they had on with Wyndham and this was it. I am so happy that I changed, even though it was for one night and I am asking myself now, why would I not pay the extra 25 or $30 for such a nice experience? Even though I just needed a place to stay, that other hotel was so frustrating. It wasn’t just that the property was dumpy, the people were unkind and unwelcoming, and I just had a stressed out unpleasant day. It was wonderful to go to this La Quinta and to be welcomed the way that I was and my dogs were welcome and the rooms were awesome. I definitely recommend this one. Spending the extra $25 and don’t go to a cheap one. These guys were really nice. Their breakfast was also very nice.

On a road trip to Kentucky we stopped for an overnight stay at La Quinta Inn and Suites in Bryant for some much needed rest. The accommodations were very clean and convenient. Check in was easy. We enjoyed our stay.

Recently stayed here and Debbie (at the front desk) was amazing! Her level of customer service was so high. She showed care, compassion and friendliness to my family. We traveled from Dallas and she was able to share some local recommendations and made sure we were comfortable and well taken care of. She made this stay amazing!!! Our room was mediocre. Looked nice, everything worked and was clean. The doors/walls are paper thin so we heard every person walking down the hallway, heard every room door close. Would be ideal to have tvs that connect to various streaming apps like Netflix, Hulu, etc. local television options on the direct tv subscription offered was pretty limited. Bed and breakfast pillows were comfy enough, blankets are not thick or warming at all.
