We had a wonderful time on our Sunday Brunch cruise. The crew is welcoming even before you step onto the ship. We were seated on the second floor and the view was spectacular. The food was delicious; I liked the breakfast food best. My mom loved the blintz and we both loved the waffles. Just think about a big tray of perfectly cooked bacon and take what you like! 🥓 🥓 🥓 After eating and drinking we headed up stairs for some dancing on the 3rd deck. The sofas are super comfy and easy to sit even in a dress. Dancing commenced, my Mom wished they would have played less line dances and more just dance music. We finished the cruise on the top deck in the sun and taking in all the views. My only negative is the bathroom. My Mom used one on the 2nd deck, I on the 3rd, and we both noticed an odor of old pee. The bathroom I saw looked nice it was just the pee odor. We both will definitely be cruising with them again.

We will miss the Queen but Lady Caroline was a firsr class experience all the way. The food was better. The ambiance was wonderful. 3 enclosed decks. One open air. Good DJ n dance floor. Did it on a Wednesday so the food was not as extensive as a weekend meal but still yummy and was able.to go back for more.

Had a great time. Our server Andrea was excellent. The food was good but the carrots and green beans were under cooked. Not everyone likes cheese cake. It would be good to have another option. Beautiful boat and cruise. Everyone was very polite and friendly.

My siblings and I try to do different outings often. We chose Lady Caroline for the brunch cruise. We were treated like royalty from the people helping us board to the chef and our delightful server Charmaine. It was a gorgeous relaxing day. Great music and the most delicious buffet. Highly recommend.

I had been working with them since November to bring a group of people for an event in the beginning of May. They told me they could accommodate my group but kept asking me to delay my payment for the cruise. I kept reaching out to provide payment monthly. Suddenly mid-March, they informed me they could no longer accommodate me. They had never warned me this could be a possibility and I already had guests that had booked travel for the event. When I asked why they had done this and expressed frustration, they told me there was nothing they could do and I was out of luck. I reached out to their main competitor and he bent over backwards to create a cruise for me on the same date and time and even created a custom menu for my guests that had dietary restrictions. They lost my business forever.

The best experience. You should try this dinner cruise. The food, staff, entertainment & views were GREAT! I mean even a week after the cruise I was telling strangers all about the cruise from the food, the cost of the cruise & the beverages, to the amount of time on the water. I was telling people that I don't work for Lady Caroline nor do I have any affiliation with it, other than a customer.

My husband and I booked the New Years Eve tour. We were excited to spend the evening with a few of our friends on The Lady Caroline.
When we got onto the ship they told us it was open seating and to sit wherever we'd like. That was a horrible idea because some of the guests didn't get to sit with their party due to there not being enough seats available at tables. Then the food line was absolutely ridiculous 45 minutes waiting in line, some waited even longer. They had the DJ announce food was ready and everyone rushed to get in line. They were very disorganized. We have cruised the nautica and never had these problems. I feel they were under staffed that night.
Then at the end of the evening when we went to coat check it was a disaster. We gave them our tickets and it took forever to get our coats, and they even had the wrong coat on hangers with different numbers.
Even though I had a great time with my husband and friends the experience of the Lady Caroline was not upto standards for a New Year's Eve party.

Our party of four celebrated my 64th birthday. 🎂 A good time was had by all. The alcoholic drink selection was interesting. The food had mixed reviews but was plentiful. The green beans and carrots were fresh. Mashed potatoes, salad of mixed greens, ham, chicken, a pasta and fish. The pasta had a light coating of tomato sauce 🥫 and was my least favorite. Dessert was cheesecake with a raspberry drizzle. I was full and satisfied. The crew were very hard working and hustled. Our server was on top of everything. There was a 12 percent “food charge” added to the bill so I acknowledged that as a tip. The dining room is glassed in and air conditioned. The upper decks were open and warmer. It was overall very nice and a great time. The Captain greeted us upon arrival and was very welcoming in addition to being very tall and handsome!!
