Words cannot describe how thankful I am of Kim’s genuine kindness and generosity. My partner and I were driving from San Diego to Big Bear when we got caught in a bad snow storm close to Lake Arrowhead. We considered driving to the closest town when Kim pulled up next to us warning us to avoid the town due to dangerous conditions (car pile ups and dangerously icy roads). Kim noticed we were struggling and, without hesitation, kindly offered to turn our car around for us and did so confidently in the dangerous conditions. She recommended a town for us to stay for the night with safer driving conditions and lower elevation. We didn’t have any phone reception and Kim graciously offered for us to follow behind her car about 20 minutes out of her way. Kim even pulled over to inform us when it was safe to remove the chains off our tires. Kim guided us directly to the lodge we found and genuinely saved us from being stranded in a car during a snow storm. She even drove to the lodge’s parking lot to see if our car would be able to safely park there. Kim’s selfless and kind actions reminded me that there really are good people in the world who genuinely want to help. Kim would not accept any monetary appreciations we were offering despite us insisting strongly. Kim, thank you so so much for helping us navigate a very scary, stressful and unsafe situation. You quickly jumped to help us, total strangers, without any hesitations. You were undoubtedly an angel who saved us today. Thank you so much again.

Living in the snow, I can't tell you how grateful I am that I have a service I can depend on to help me. I needed prescriptions delivered to me today and they came through promptly and without issue. Kim & her drivers are the absolute BEST!! I feel so fortunate that I found Kim several years ago, can't imagine riding with anyone else when we're visiting Lake Arrowhead from down the hill. Friendly, responsive, great driving, and super professional. We always look forward to visiting Lake Arrowhead and getting where we want to go, safely, with Kim!!

Kim was totally awesome! She communicated well, and was on time to pick us up. We were here for Oktoberfest and she drove us to the event, and we scheduled for her to come get us later on that night after we were ..... Well.... Let's just say we celebrated Oktoberfest as it was intended to be celebrated .
She was totally cool and made a pit stop at the 711 for us to grab drunken munchies. I came out of there with an arm full of candy looking like a 9 year old that was given 20 bucks and left unsupervised in the candy section. And stumbled my happy self back to the car. Kim got us home safe and sound! I would definitely recommend this Taxi service to anyone, and will definitely use them again!
P.S. Kim likes Reese's peanut butter cups ?

Kim was amazing! She is so incredibly communicative and prompt. She was able to tell us what all was going on throughout town and make recommendations for our evening. She even made sure we were covered for a ride home!

Lake arrowhead taxi deserves the 5 star rating they have! They were the only taxi service to get us down the mountain as there was no Uber or Lyft in Running Springs. They don’t usually serve that area but in a pinch they really came in clutch to get us down the mountain and the price was fair for the service my group received. I cannot thank you guys enough for the ride down the mountain!
