I visited lake chateau this year in spring for a wedding event. I was super impressed with its elegant banquets of various sizes , its location of lake view patio side and the hospitality of the management. The staff was very efficient and the owners/ managers were present throughout the entire party time to supervise the wedding event management. Highly recommend this banquet for private functions as well as community events. Would love to host one family event soon at this location in 2025!

We recently had a baby shower event at Lake Chateau Banquets. Extremely happy with the venue, service, food, and staff!
- Venue was set up perfectly prior to the event
- Food was excellent. Special compliments to the chef for being on top of things with ~160 guests
- Management and staff were very courteous and always responsive. Raju was with us and available for any help throughout!
10/10 event and highly recommend to anyone thinking of Lake Chateau!

Our wedding at Lake Chateu was an absolute dream. Raju & the rest of his team made this whole process so smooth & they were extremely accommodating, patient, & very responsive. Raju especially was such a pleasure to work with. He ensured I was the happiest bride!!!! When we thought it would rain he assured me that he had it under control and best believe he did. He followed up with me frequently and ensured I had everything I needed, & always made sure he was available. Luckily it rained only a little and the whole staff worked quickly to dry the area, and set up the stunning outside terrace just in time. I shared my vision and ideas with Raju and he executed it beautifully & more. Our guests would not stop talking about the delicious buffet, & ambiance. The whole entire event went perfect & I have to thank the staff for being so productive, working with our 200+ guest list, & ensuring everything went smoothly. The bar staff were amazing as well and were so kind to our families. My husband and I are SO thankful and on cloud 9 that our wedding ceremony & reception turned out to be everything we hoped for and more. Thank you Raju for allowing us to have our dream wedding and to the entire staff thank you so much!!!! We will cherish these memories forever.

The management was completely rude. I went to ask for an event and Raju committed multiple items for a brunch event. When we went in the second time to make a deal he went back on his word, yelled at my father, and stormed out of his office. The venue was also poorly maintained and had no cleaning on the outside. Save yourself the trouble and don’t book here.

I’ve toured over 20 venues at this point for my wedding and I haven’t met anyone as rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional as Raju, the manager at Lake Chateau.

I was already a bit hesitant coming to this venue since I read the reviews and noticed all the bad reviews were about him being rude and disrespectful to Muslims/pakistanis/non-indians. But gave it a chance anyway because the good reviews made this venue seem stellar (interesting note, a majority of them have Indian names if you look through lol). We met with him twice. The first time he was accommodating and promised a specific menu with certain food items included for a good price. We asked him to write down everything he was saying so we could refer to it later but he refused (red flag number one) and assured us it was fine. We wrote down what we agreed on our own paper for record keeping since he wouldn’t (side note, I’ve never met a venue manager who didn’t have any papers or contract to show his clients so we could see what we were getting in to and writing while discussing). We came back a week later to write up a contract and sign it and he changed his mind on EVERYTHING. He refused to give us the food items we agreed on and even the room we wanted. Which would’ve been FINE if he had an actual conversation and gave us an alternative package or told us what we needed to remove or if the price needed to be higher but he WOULD NOT explain what was wrong properly. He just kept saying I can give you 4 quarters for a dollar but not 6. Okay, fine, tell us what your 4 quarters are then

I’ve never met a venue manager who was so unprofessional and bad at communicating packages. He just got extremely upset and rude and ended up telling us he wouldn’t do business with us? So we ended up leaving.

He completely flipped his script and got rude all of a sudden, when my family was simply discussing the package. I will not be doing business here. Make sure you read the reviews on Wedding Wire too.

EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL! BOOK WITH CAUTION!
This place has potential, if only the management was better and they knew what professionalism was. Raju the owner made LOTS of empty promises in our initial meetings, and once he sold us a dream and the contract was signed, they no longer had an interest in making their clients happy. We booked this venue for our wedding in October 2024. They never reached out for details, we had to chase them for a food tasting (on one occasion they booked it, had my fiance and his family fly out as well, just to have a manager tell us they forgot about the tasting when we arrived). Getting in touch with anyone at this place is a nightmare. Regardless, we had signed a contract at this point and when I brought up my concerns Raju basically threatened to cancel the event 4 months before it was taking place. There was a lot of back and forth with the menu, and again empty promises. On the day of the event, we had to run around and find someone to assist as no one was on the premises, even though Raju himself promised he’d be running the show the day of my event when we signed the contract. Apparently I had a maitre d, who never even met me on the day of the wedding (I basically was my own maitre d). They set out barely enough seating for the amount we paid for and only brought more seating when I myself physically counted each chair at each table in front of them, the chairs were broken and absolutely disgusting, and the only way they’d swap them out was when my dad started putting the detached cushions on the side to show them how bad they were. They started cocktail hour 45 minutes late, which pushed everything back, yet we were still rushed to vacate the venue at 8 pm, even though we barely got time to eat or dance. When we asked for food to take home as my husband and I did not eat a single thing, we were told there was nothing left. When my mom complained, they brought out a tiny plate of barely enough food for one person. Mind you we saw how much food was actually left over. The wedding cake was never seen, and they left out an entire dessert we had paid for! (We paid extra for a chocolate fountain and an ice cream station which was never set up).
We called Raju a few days after the event to give him a rundown of what happened (I’ve left a lot out as there was SO much that went wrong including me being stuck in the bridal suite bathroom for almost 20 minutes because they refused to bring me toilet paper), and he begged for us to not leave a review, as he wanted to “make this right”. Guess what? We never heard back from him! The only thing this place has going for itself is the location and potential beauty of the venue, if they knew how to clean it and keep up with it. Very unfortunate experience and I truly regret booking this venue for our wedding.

Great place to host your event. The managers are great people to work with. I would like to thank everyone who help prepare for my daughters sweet 15 we enjoyed every minute of it definitely a place I would host another party highly recommend lake chateau

AMAZING is the word for the experience!!! If I can give them 100 stars, I would!!!! This place was absolutely AMAZING!!! Raju was the best person to work with and the entire experience was impeccable. The journey from the booking to the execution was seamless and worth it. Raju was the absolute best!!!! The food was AMAZING!!!! The staff was amazingly perfect and help with every detail!!! We hosted a sweet 16 for my daughter and everything was perfect from the food to the service, breath taking. Thank you to the banquet #Raju for making this experience by far the best ever. Thank you Raju!!!
