Can't find any issues with my stay-room was very clean,almost all white,so no chance of hiding cleanliness issues.No problems at all with booking,and arrival.
Most of all,great big HUGE THANX to Lamar,at the front office,who went way above and beyond to help me out with a very important issue that was all my fault....Lamar made an extra effort that ended up saving my travel plans from complete failure.This was done purely by Lamar taking notice and quickly notifying me AFTER I checked out;absolutely rare to occur nowadays from so many other customer based businesses.Lamar and staff at this Lodge made my vacation stay on track,and I am grateful for getting help that absolutely saved my vacation from disaster.
I will definitely re-visit this place if and when I am in the area again.
Great location,great staff.All positives that will be remembered and I will pass this information to everyone I know heading to the South Florida area.

The guy working the front desk was awesome! Very friendly! I had booked online the night before and got there at 2pm. Check in wasn't until 3pm but he got me in a room in 20 minutes. Room was clean. Only complaint was no soap and only a half roll of toilet paper.

Due to traffic and rental car issues, we arrived 2 hours later than planned. Since reception was closed at 6:00pm, the front desk personnel, Lamar, was so accommodating and organised a “self check-in” just for us. In the room, he had organised all the forms to be filled and asked that it be submitted the following morning.

He really went above and beyond to ensure that we could check in successfully. He was attentive and detailed.

The room itself was simple and spacious and had a mini fridge and coffee maker. The decor was quaint and homey. The bed was comfortable and the area quiet at night.

The only complaint would be that the towels had a smell of mildew, probably due to the moist climate.

AC AND INTERNET AND TV did not work at all.3. No continental breakfast on 2nd day (no food to put out).4. There is NO CABANA stye pool area as advertised.5. Had worms in room/on bed

Pretty basic stay. Kinda gross in the room. The moisture not controlled. Shower curtain incredibly moldy. Had a little cockroach come out in the bathroom and tell me goodbye when I was packing up to leave, so now I’ll have to go through all my luggage before bringing it in my house what. A joy!

I am very angry with the fact that they were not available by phone at 6pm and for several attempts until 7pm when I was calling to make sure someone would be there for my arrival by 10:30pm. I paid for it but ended up sleeping in my car thanks to them not being available at a reasonable time on a Saturday and did not have anyone working there or instructions. You are not a serious hotel if you cant be open to receive phone calls by 6pm (I was told by a resident that you close by 5pm- what kind of hotel closes that early). Absolutely no customer service. You just took my money and ran with it.

Positive: Nothing. Negative: They were not available to take calls I tried around 6pm to inform them I would be there about 11pm (I rushed and got there by 10:30pm) but they had already closed and I couldnt check in so had to sleep in my car for part of the night. It was very unsafe.
