We stopped in here on our way back to Wisconsin. The rooms were fabulous, and the staff at the hotel was AMAZING! We loved that we were able to still get smoking rooms as it was so cold and windy outside. We wish we would have had time to enjoy the pool area, but like I said we were on our way back home. The buffet we had for dinner was also fantastic!! What a variety! At some times we did have to wait for food to be refilled. Almost half an hour things sat empty. They were busy, but you would think they would still have food ready to go as it was so busy. Food and service was great otherwise! The casino was small, but boy was it hopping! We received a free gift for joining the players club, which was great, along with the free play. This is only 9 hours away from home for us, btu we will definitely be back on a mini getaway! They also have an RV park, that we will bring our RV to in the summer time. LOVED this place!!

Was happy at first till I started getting bit by bed bugs. Told the front desk they did absolutely nothing at all. Oh we will look into it. They wouldn't even refund any money on the room. I would recommend bringing bed bug spray if you decide to stay at this place

Good place to stop on the way home. Great rate.|Room was very clean and comfortable. Bathroom had a very nice sized shower, no tub. |Dinner was priced right and the cheesecake was to die for!!! |Gaming was pretty bad but we did get free play with a players card, free play after spending $30 on dinner. Husbands name was dream for hot seat and won another $150 in play. Machines were pretty tight. Didn’t see many winners |. Table games were all full so never got to play

I pass this hotel often on road trips. I didn't think they allowed pets. When I found out they do we finally got to stay a night. Was too tired to check out the casino.. hotel staff was cordial and prompt . answered all my questions. Quick check in even without prior reservation. Pet fee was reasonable. $20 or so. First floor room with a view of the pond and geese. Room temperature stayed cool like I like it. Very hot water in the shower was amazing. Shower could use a good cleaning around the base of the doors. Fridge in room. I didn't use it but it's nice to have the option. TV worked well. Grab and go snacks and drink in the lobby are CREDIT CARD or account only, no cash. Complimentary coffee in lobby. Large parking lot. I'll be back.

Was a great all in one place. Room is a little dated and the chair worn. Odd thing for the restroom and hall light, have to put your room key in. Called maintenance because I did not know this and had never seen it before. Staff was nice. Server in the restaurant was very nice and the hostess. Odd that's they grilled the prime rib. Had never had it grilled before. Food was good. Lots of machines in the casino. Not very many poker machines. Was a nice time.

I recently stayed at Lakeside Casino and was initially excited about my room featuring a hot tub and fireplace. Unfortunately, when I returned from the casino in the evening, I discovered that the lock on my door wouldn’t unlock. After several hours—until around 11 PM—the staff still couldn’t resolve the issue, so even once the door was opened, the lock couldn’t be secured again. Because of this, I was moved to a smaller room without the same amenities, which felt like a downgrade from my original reservation.||On the positive side, the on-site casino and restaurant offered a nice experience. However, the inconvenience of waiting several hours and losing the room I booked was quite disappointing. I hope management takes steps to address these issues so future guests can enjoy their stay without similar interruptions.

We were in town for a funeral and got excellent rates. The service was good, the food was good. The only thing I wished to see was a boat dock with rentals. It would have been relaxing to float on a paddle or row boat on the lake they have. If there was one, no mention of it anywhere on their property or website.

I would like to return. We were surprised to each receive a new member loyalty gift (6 glass coffee mugs). Won $5 free play. Modern machines. Appreciated penny slots with 25 cent minimums. The smoking inside was a bummer. Look forward to going to the lower level on the next visit.
