When we were planning our wedding, my fiancée (now wife <3) initially didn’t consider hiring a month-of coordinator because we thought it was out of our budget. However, choosing Layunin as our coordinator turned out to be the best decision we could have made! We can’t thank them enough for the amazing job they did on our special day. In our very first meeting, Reine provided us with a comprehensive to-do list, highlighting exactly what needed to be done before the wedding. It was incredibly helpful, as there were details we would have never considered on our own. On the wedding day, Reine and her team managed everything with grace and professionalism, allowing us to truly enjoy each moment without any worries. The staff wore earpiece devices, which made us feel secure knowing that everything was under control. Our guests were amazed at how seamless the event felt, and that’s all due to their hard work and dedication. I knew we wanted a month-of coordinator for our wedding. I had reached out to a few wedding planning/coordination vendors and each reply was either too pricey, or too nonchalant. It wasn’t until one vendor replied to me saying that although their company did not offer month-of coordination, they suggested that I reach out to Jezyrose at Layunin Events.

From my first email with Jezy, Layunin Events felt different than every other vendor I had spoken with. She was truly interested in learning about what we were looking for and she felt very genuine and invested in our big day.

My fiancé and I had a lot on our plates with our jobs, family coming into town etc. the month of our wedding and Jezy kept us on track. She had our to-do’s outlined and she was answered all of our questions quickly. I’m honestly not sure how people have weddings without someone like Jezy and her team in their corner. There are so many questions that come up, from the venue, catering, etc. and it was SO AMAZING to have Jezy and her husband Darryl by our sides to get all of the final touches solidified. For some questions that came up, I would just look to Jezy for advice and help from her expertise. She would let me know what she’s seen has worked and what hasn’t.

I thought month-of coordination was most important for the wedding day but all of the month-of prep was equally as important on the outcome of our wedding. On our wedding day, Jezy, Darryl, and the Layunin team were invaluable. There are so many details that you do not think of and having Jezy and her team looking after us - everything went smooth. Also, it was surprisingly chilly for a SoCal evening and Jezy even lent me her jacket for a bit when we went to get our sunset photos.

To say they went above and beyond would be an understatement. This was the first time Jezy and her team worked an event at our venue and most of our vendors did not know Layunin before our wedding (i.e. photographer, videographer, etc.) and each of them mentioned me to that they really enjoyed working with Jezy/Layunin Events and hope to work with them in the future.

We loved all of our wedding vendors but my husband and I agree that of all of them, Layunin Events was the most impactful and critical in ensuring a successful wedding as a whole. It can seem like another big investment when setting a budget but we would not have had such a successful day without them. They are worth every penny!

First, let me start off by saying what became obvious to us during the time we worked with Layunin: you will never find another event planning group more passionate, more dedicated, more organized, kinder, sweeter, and more understanding — in other words, more perfect — than them!

With that said, I'm happy to share the wonderful journey we had over the course of a year with Jezy and her team. Jezy was actually the first and only wedding planner that we talked to, because from the moment of our initial consultation, it was impossible to not get caught up by her infectious smile and cheerfulness and passion for love stories and weddings. We were comfortable enough during that first consultation to tell Jezy that we did not have the biggest overall budget for our wedding, and she immediately told us that it was doable and set to work making a sample budget breakdown for us even before we officially booked Layunin. This is just one of the many examples of Jezy and her team going above and beyond what we expected, and as we quickly came to know, they are absolutely worth more than their weight in gold. Throughout the wedding planning process, Jezy was kind and patient while still keeping us on track. She fought fiercely for us and did so much work to help us find the best vendor teams, and we know that she was 100% on our side. At any time of the day or night, she would answer calls, texts, and emails, and she was always there to provide a listening ear and words of encouragement during late night freak outs.

People always say that no wedding is perfect, and there are always some accidents or minor inconveniences, but we can honestly say that everything on our wedding day felt absolutely perfect. Everything looked exactly the way we wanted it to, nothing was left out, everything was on time, and all our guests were happy. And we know it was 100% thanks to the hard work of Jezy, Darryl, and their team while they took the wheel on our big day. They were extremely organized and didn't miss a single detail, and that's exactly the kind of direction you need on your most important day.
It was such an honor to have worked with Layunin and to have their magic be a part of our big day, and we can't wait to see what they do for other couples!

It's always a world of difference having a good coordination team to work with--it truly makes the day so seamless. From pre-wedding prep to the day of the event, Layunin was on top of it all. Picking your "dream wedding team" is a bit intimidating... when you first start planning and have to reach out to, talk to and meet with potential vendors there are so many factors that help you make that decision. Prior to my first zoom call with Jezy, I talked to at least 3-5 other events companies, but after my first zoom call with Jezy I knew we were the perfect fit. From our onboarding meeting when my (then) fiancé and I got to meet her and Darryl in person and they walked us through our wedding management/coordination service, we knew we were in more than capable hands. Fast forward to the 30 days leading up to our wedding where we really got to dive in completely and start working with Jezy on a (mostly) daily basis. She provided a foundation for me to successfully wrap up my wedding planning and smoothly transition the execution to her. The communication (email, text, phone, in-person) was the perfect mix to keep us aligned and moving forward. Through this all she continued to ask questions and understand what was most important to us and on the day of our wedding she made sure those elements were taken care of. I could write a whole chapter on what working with Layunin Events meant to us. What I should do though is tell you why you should hire them...they are professional, knowledgeable, beyond capable, organized, helpful, impactful and so much more. More importantly they are great humans. A wedding is such a special moment for the bride and the groom and even though they work on many weddings, Layunin Events, somehow made me and my husband feel like we were the most important thing going on. We even had comments from our guests on how great they were and how helpful they were on that day. Hire them! You will not be disappointed and you'll walk away with a new set of friends 🙂

First things first we couldn't have done it without them. Not only are they such a great event planning team, they also make sure to keep their clients best interests at heart. They're considerate of your time and our wedding was absolutely beautiful.

The execution on the day of was impeccable and if you need a wedding planner (we got the full service). I would inquire as soon as possible. They took that stress away from us and we felt like we were actually at our wedding and not blasting through it.

To the men out there, if your girl gets stressed and isn't the "I want to plan my whole wedding" kind of gal, get the full service. The decrease of stress more than outweighs the cost of it if you can fit it into your budget. They have different service levels as well depending on the level of involvement you want to have.

I can't really sell them anymore so the bottom line is if I were to so it all over I would book them again in a heartbeat. Thank you for listening to my TED Talk.

THE BEST coordinators to ever do it. One of our guests actually told us, "I don't think I've ever seen a wedding go as smoothly as this one." Layunin always made it a point to make sure that our vision on our special day would come to fruition and even helped suggest certain things when my fiancé (now wife) and I were unsure of how to approach other aspects of the wedding. The day was about as stress free as it could have possibly been, and I wouldn't have had any other team coordinate it for us.

Jezy operates with purpose which is shown through her execution. Her experience and thoughtfulness makes things run smooth making the actual day easy to navigate for everyone involved. From the bridal party to family and wedding guests, they were all impressed by their level of service.

She’s incredibly knowledgeable, resourceful and thinks about everything - she literally has an emergency kit that has absolutely anything you can think of! For example, I forgot to wear my garter and she made one out of ribbon just moments before we had our garter toss at the reception. We couldn’t have asked for anyone better, we’re so grateful that she and her team were part of our special day.

I’m a planner by nature and plan every detail with intent. Naturally, I wanted to “run the show” because execution and transitions were important to me. But JezyRose made me realize that I shouldn’t worry about all the details & that I should truly enjoy the day! And I did
