Rooms smell, customer service was rude when I called to let them know i would be checking in after 9pm, bathroom wall has water damage, dog hair(thys wht im telling myself) in the bottom of the fridge.

The hotel is old and has been renovated. It could use a good face lift on the outside. Checking in was quick. There is no secure locks on the exterior doors, keys card was not needed to enter the doors in back of hotel, you could smell that someone was cooking in their room. When we got to our room we noticed a garbage bag covering the smoke detector. The electric lock did not work as we could just open the room door. In the bathroom I pulled out a hand towel to use and there were 4 dirty Q tips tucked in side. The towels had not been washed in some time as you could see the indents of the towel bar in the towel. I won't go back to this place ever again and I advise others not to stay here either.

Heres the thing. It’s a good place. It’s a good service and no they are not rude. Im used to being direct and going to my room and sleeping. They are so lenient yet strict so please take that into consideration of what you’re paying. You got people that are working and traveling and are just trying to rest and sleep. It’s if I was back in Europe and i cant complain. The staff was direct and wanted to take care of the problems they have and the service you need. The smell just comes from the hard working people that are just walking by and dying for rest and a shower. 10/10 with what ya pay but the smell is nothing you can help so i give it a 4.5/5. Only recommendation i have is smart TVs and better wifi but oh well. Rooms are clean and simple and necessities are met.

Great hotel to stay at,the man at the front desk is super nice,and helpful,house keeping does a great job,clean rooms,no funky smells,no cigarette smell,cool ac,quiet and comfortable beds,I've been here a couple weeks for work,would definitely stay again.

Front desk clerks like to charge extra nights so keep your receipts. Also the room has an oder ,the air conditioner has no filter so the coils were packed full dusty lint TV wasn't hooked up so you may have to do it your self. So if you stay double check everything or you will be out of money and sick . But the best thing to do is drive right by this . The only reason the fourth night was refunded is because of the review

Front desk staff is very polite and friendly. Room smells very good. Clean and comfortable. Would be coming back to stay again. Very closed to Hardee's, Walmart and Hyvee.
