I’d give this ZERO stars if I could—-
Two times in a row my order was not delivered. Both times the floral arrangement was ordered at least a day in advanced, and both times my daughters special day, National Nurses Day, went by without her gift being delivered. At the time I placed the order, and asked happy nurses day be written on the card, the girl actually snarkedly said to me “well there’s a day for everything“. I am very proud of my daughter being a third generation nurse and whether or not they feel it is a profession or day worthy of being celebrated, I was placing an order for a service. Today, when I called to find out what happened and stated this was the second time in a row this has happened to me, I was treated EXTREMELY rudely and unprofessionally, and was told they were very busy with Mother’s Day and funerals. When I pointed out that I should have been turned away at the time I placed the order if they were too busy, she snapped at me, repeatedly. This was overheard by my husband. I get she was frustrated, but it is not my error that the order was overlooked. It is unfortunate when you have a personal philosophy of supporting small town businesses and when a error is made, that business puts it back on you somehow that is your fault. Again my order was placed in more than a day in advanced. I do not recommend doing business with Leah’s unless you walk in the door and carry it out yourself. I personally, nor my family, will be going back there.

Leah worked with us on creating 4 arrangements for my mother-in-law. She helped made decisions less stressful. The arrangements were beautiful. We couldn't have beer more pleased with our decision of choosing Lee's Gift and Flower Shoppe.

Flowers were ordered for a special occasion but never delivered. Mother’s Day and funeral orders were the reason for not delivering. Person ordering should have been advised of the busy schedule and turned away. No replacement flowers were sent.

It's nice to have a flower shop here, I'd much rather shop small local business than go all the way to Waterloo or cedar falls to shop at a chain. It's a nice little shop and they will deliver flowers to the school when one of my kids have a bad day.

Very nice gift shop. Should be able to find what you're looking for as it has over the top inventory! Owner very personable and willing to help you. Fun to look thru everything!
