Good luck dealing with the zoning office. Juliet Hodge is the most condescending and entitled public servant I ever met. She just blew a two million dollar investment in Ledyard because she doesn't want a car dealership, no reason given, she just said no and apparently that's enough. She prefers having an eyesore vacant decaying property on Main Street (Colonel Ledyard Hwy) instead of a business that will pay taxes, provide local jobs and a service for the community. Great job!
