Nails look horrible. Horrible customer service. My 10 year old cried because she was so disappointed. 1/2 of the nail wasn’t even painted on both our fingers and toes. Would not even acknowledge that it was horrible. I’d give less than 1 star if I could. Do not recommend this salon at all!

I didn’t have a great opinion of this nail salon (because of past nails I didn’t think were that great) until I had my nails done by Alice. I showed her a more complicated picture of what I wanted and not only did she spend time making sure she found the colors for the nails but she made sure I liked the colors. I wanted to look for specific colors and she didn’t act like I was a bother and she just tried to help as much as possible. I was nervous to get my nails done because of past experiences, but not only did she do my nails exactly like the picture I showed, she did it better! She was extremely quick but paid so much attention to detail! She was so kind and amazing! I will keep coming back because of Alice’s talent and customer service skills!!! Thank you Alice 🙏

Had the WORST experience yesterday, I have been to the salon before with no issues. Emily who does my pedicure does a fantastic job everytime, I needed to get my nails done so I decided to go ahead and get my nails done while I was there. I asked for an acrylic full set which is not at all what I received. She put gel-x nails on me and while I told myself to trust the process it just got worse and worse. There was 4 other workers standing around her as if she was going to do outstanding work, only for it to be the worse set I’ve ever received. She didn’t have the “bow” I wanted and when I told her she could just skip it she preceded to put the rhinestones in place of the bow. Although this whole process is partially my fault for not speaking up (which I rarely do at nail salons) there would’ve been no issue if the nail tech would’ve just did as I asked in the beginning. Afterwards she told me, “I did gel-x because acrylic takes to long”. That’s fine and all but not okay to say to a paying customer who didn’t ask for gel- x. If she didn’t wanna do my nails she should’ve just said that. Then I was charged 25 for designs that weren’t even what I asked for. Worse of all they came off within a week which is ridiculous for the price I paid for.

My daughter went here to get her nails done for prom. She wanted a purple French tip. She showed the person a picture of what she wanted several times. She walked out with no French tip just purple acrylic nails. Glitter and polish all over her cuticles. My 3 year old niece could had done a better job. My daughter was in tears and tried to like them. She ended up having to go to another nail salon to have her nails redone.
