We had great customer service by our girl Sarah!! From start to finish and driving off the lot she was absolutely outstanding!! Also a shout out to Joe for going through and explaining in perfect detail everything about our new to us camper. We couldn't be more happy with the service we were given. I was told our RV was going to be a total loss by my insurance company and I didn't want to accept that so I brought it into the trusting hands of the body and service shop at Lee's RV and Auto Ranch. Wow... wow...wow... did they beat my expectations. These professionals went Above and Beyond to be sure my camper was fixed and NOT totaled. They worked with my insurance company directly so I didnt have to. They did upgrades to parts and gave it back to us in pristine condition. They've got a customer for life with me! I highly recommend them for all of your RV, camper, truck, boat, snowmobile, etc etc etc needs. Top notch, 5 star service!

We recently purchased a 2024 Forest River Timberwolf 20og. The sales process went very well, unfortunately the experience went south after that. We paid to have this park style unit delivered and set up at our location. The driver delivered it and neglected the set up. If he had performed the set up he would have found a defective stabilizing jack as well as an inoperable power converter that basically leaves this unit uninhabitable.

Trying to reach service or anyone has been difficult for several days. Recording says that the number is not working but they also are not responding to emails. Finally received a text who said that they can come out in a few days and there will a $200 service charge. Not exactly the response that we were expecting for a new unit that doesn't work. I will follow up on this post to update on how the repairs are handled.

UPDATE: Two representatives traveled to our location this morning to resolve our issues. They were prepared, professional and courteous and quickly got to work. They found that the issue was not related to the unit itself but to who the electrician wired our newly installed shore power receptacle. While they could have easily said that we need to call the electrician back to fix it, the technician corrected it for us and now everything is working as it should be! Thank you Brittany and LJ for for your help, we appreciate you!

We had a good experience at Lees, especially with Glenn. He was the person who brought us around insideThe trailer explained everything in detail came out to make sure we were all set up properly with Cody and has been helpful and informative whenever we've asked questions or had a small issue to be taken care of. Our salesperson, Sarah was a real sweetheart. We had a good experience with Stephanie in finance.
Overall our experience was good. We appreciate you Glenn so much.

Please see below photos in response to a review. The first 2 photos were used to show exterior condition, however the photos were clearly not recent. The last 3 are photos that actually capture the reality of the condition and what was brought to the dealership this week. This was a great misrepresentation. Unfortunately we are unable to sell inventory in this condition, and moving forward with the consignment process would require a paint job. The only way to avoid this situation is to be up front about the physical condition of your RV. Best of luck in the future!

Lee’s RV and Auto Ranch is fast and efficient. The installed my fifth wheel in like 4-5 hours. They were friendly and courteous. I would recommend them for any RV / truck need.
