My wife and I stopped by Lee’s after a local hike to get answers on riding horses. The owner met us in the parking lot and give us a rundown on the place. A boarder overheard our conversation and offered to take us around the stables. We both got great vibes based on our experiences and we hadn’t even ridden a horse yet! We’ll be back. Five Stars without riding a horse.

We had the most amazing experience here! Everyone was lovely and so helpful. They accommodated a 10 year old and a couple of 65+ novices! Lou was a wonderful guide. Beautiful well trained horses and a well maintained stable. I would highly recommend here for a special time!

Went there for the pony rides for my children. It was shortly before they were closing. The old older lady was very nice, however, the younger lady assigned to give us the ride seemed so annoyed and didn’t even say hi to me or my kids. I asked if we could split a ride because I didn’t want to pay $80 for a pony ride. The annoyed young lady said yes they can split it after giving them both the pony rides, she told me it would be $80.
I clearly asked her if they could split a ride and she clearly said yes, beforehand. Then after she still charged me the full price.
If you tell someone they can split it, then split it and keep your word and don’t change after. I’m totally fine if they said no, but you told me yes. So I thought I was paying $40. I would love to either get my $40 back or get another ride for my kids.

Staff were super friendly and courteous. The riding is very simple and the trail is gorgeous. I would recommend doing it in the Fall. I would also highly recommend asking to get Merk if possible. He was the BEST horse. So sweet. You do not need previous experience to ride. Children and adults can ride, though I believe a child who is able to follow directions and manage themselves would be best.

Had fun!! Call ahead for reservations. I believe they prefer ages 7 and up, but call and ask.
Brought my girls here to ride on horses, instructors were nice and taught the girls how to stay in control of the horse.
Fun and relaxing ride, would take my kids here again. I'm acutally afraid of horses, but felt safe and calm, I would go again👍

Greatest place ever! We went as a family and sent the older kids on the trail walk while the younger ones did the pony rides.

It’s more a ‘walking’ stable, but fun nonetheless. The horses were very well behaved and gentle giants who knew the routine. They stayed in line and even turned around at the right spot with no coaching from me. I rode ‘George’ who stopped to eat trees every chance he got, which was great because it added a little excitement. It would of been nice to gallop in one of the fields or even be able to ‘walk’ side by side with the person you came with. If for no other reason than to share the experience. As it was all you saw was the back of the rider in front of you. I however did break the rules and walk up next to my girlfriend for a moment, before I was scolded and told to ‘get back in line’. Bottom line, it was fun and I’d do it again.
