Bathroom was filthy, disgusting. Unfriendly breakfast area, they couldn't even take the chairs off the tables, guess that was to hid the fact that the tables were not cleaned in a long time. Staff was Unfriendly and unprofessional definitely no pride in their appearance. But the bed was comfortable, next time I would travel the extra miles and go to Cedar Falls.

Was disappointed and surprised to find there was no housekeeping services. No mention at check in.
Cold breakfast available, which was ok, but not even a toaster for the pop tarts?
In the breakfast area the chairs were all set upside down on the tables throughout our entire stay. That’s not very welcoming.
Shower floor was damaged. Not sure why it was left in that condition. Next time I am in the area I will drive a little further down the road to Grundy Center for a room.
I would not recommend this hotel.

The king-sized bed was awesome! It was super comfortable and had great pillows. The room was very clean. The only downside to the stay was that the breakfast option was cold cereal, and coffee was also limited.

Great one night stay while in town on business. Very spacious King room with comfortable sofa and chair in separate area. Comfortable bed and linens. Very accommodating staff- helped me obtain a late checkout and did so with no additional fee. Extremely quiet environment. I enjoyed the restaurant right across the parking lot. Their club sandwich and Trail chips did not disappoint. My only slight knock on this hotel was the breakfast offerings. Extremely minimal choices.

It's a decent hotel. The beds appear to be smaller than queens, and they don't have an elevator, but overall, it was a nice place.

This hotel is brand new (less than a year old) and lovely! Furnishing and decor are trendy and up-to-date. The common areas and our room were spotless. Beds and bedding were wonderfully comfortable. Staff was friendly and efficient. Next door golf course clubhouse (also named Legend) is also new and fresh. Limited menu but enough to have a number of choices and good. Plus, just a short walk from the hotel. We had a wonderful stay! Oh...and reasonably priced too!

We had a wonderful stay. Check-in was friendly and fast. The room was not just clean. It was really nice. The linens were plush. Bed and furniture comfortable. The Wi-Fi was stable and fast enough for work. I really liked the large windows that allowed natural light in. The shades did a great job of blocking external light when it was time to sleep. There were plenty of plugs for charging devices for two people. Really glad we stayed here. It's nicer than the hotels in Waterloo.
