We had the absolute best time last night! The weather was windy and rainy which added to the fun. Our guide was amazing ! We loved all the stories he told and left with us staring at our pictures looking for ghosts!

Please do not work with this company!!! Our experience began in the summer of 2023 and after months of back-and-forth, we finally got around to a contract in early 2024. We sent over an INCOMPLETE contract with multiple questions but never heard back. Despite our efforts to reach out for clarification, we were essentially ignored. After several attempts to get in touch, we decided to move forward with a different company.

Then the day before our scheduled event in late 2024 they charged our credit card a no-show fee. They claimed to have tried to contact us, but when we asked for proof of any communication, they failed to provide any evidence—no phone calls, no emails, nothing!! This company’s lack of professionalism and transparency is incredibly disappointing. Do yourself a favor and avoid them at all costs.

We had a great time and our driver, Ricky, was awesome! We were disappointed to find out that the Trolley had a flat tire, so we were switched to a bus (learned about this as the driver was heading our way). Not a huge deal, but you'd think some sort of refund for not receiving what we expected. Read the contract FULLY upfront! Was a bit disappointed that the consumer is paying for the time the bus takes to get to/from the pickup BEFORE and AFTER drop off. Seems that should be on the tour as a cost of doing business...felt like we were being nickeled/dimed for the extra time, Anyhow, overall a great experience.

Cap Fendig & First Mate Reed were wonderful guides! They knew lots about the history of the area and made some quality puns. The fact that we didn't see any dolphins didn't seem to bother anyone (including us) , since we got to see some beautiful birds and the most gorgeous sunset anyone could ask for!

Be careful. It doesn’t matter if you show up for the tour. Even if they have mechanical issues like the trolley breaking down and cancel to no fault of your own or bad weather there are no refunds given. Here is a screenshot of the response we finally got three months later. Buyer beware.

O what a beautiful day. The ride on the trolly tour made for a terrific break to our day. We were given an overview of St Simons Island. We were introduced to this golden isle that created memories that are golden. We saw sites both old and new that we would have missed on our own. We were given a glimpse of many sites and direction to some we will go back to. Harry was a treasure of island history and resource to many fine restaurants of the area. Going early in a trip will provide direction for your whole stay.

Showed up for the ghost tour and it was canceled due to mechanical issues. We were told we would be refunded our money but never got it back. We contacted the company several times but never received a refund. I wouldn’t recommend this tour.
