Tried to go to her shop on Saturday to look for my perfect wedding dress. We should up shortly after they opened but after almost 15 minutes of being there decided to leave. We were never greeted and no one seemed to want our business. We even tried to call the shop’s number but the phone just rang behind the counter until it went to voicemail which was not set up. There was car up front and a drink with ice in it so I know someone was there but apparently to busy to help customers.

If I could put no stats I would. Went to Lil's bridal 3 months ago to get 2 bridesmaids dresses, my husband's tux, n my dress hemmed n tucked in cause my wedding was on June 21,2023 which was 2 days ago. Needless to say it's was my worst experience ever. My dress was never hemmed or tucked in. 1 of my bridesmaids dresses zipper was supposed to be fixed cause it was broken n it never was. My husband was told to pick up his suit the day before n couldn't cause they were closed. Also it was
supposed to be a tux...not a suit. I will never go back to this place again or recommend it. I should of went to David's bridal!!!!

Lil is very welcoming and immediately hopped into assisting me in finding the perfect dresses! I wasn't able to have mine altered because it was too close to prom for me, so she voluntarily pinned the dresses as i tried them on, instructing my mom of the process to alter them herself. I left extremely satisfied with my selection and the marked-down prices! I'm 100% for sure coming back the next time I need any formal (prom/homecoming/wedding) attire! Thank you Lil! ?

Went to Lils Bridal and Formal in Mtn Home yesterday. Omg, she was so sweet and amazing! We shopped around everywhere and she hands down has the best prices, sweet, kind, helpfull. We won't go anywhere else for now on. I stressed out for no reason!!! She made it super easy. Knew exactly what we needed and wanted before we did.

This lady makes the experience smooth and easy! She doesnt even measure you, she sees you walk in and knows exactly what size you are. I only had to try on two dresses and the 2nd one was the one I rented and it didnt have to be altered, and I have NEVER been in a store that could do this!
Her and her staff are wonderful people. It's very inviting, welcoming, and cozy! And they're a LOT of fun!! She wears many hats and gives it her all with each one!

Great customer service! They went over and beyond to make sure my son looked nice for homecoming. I was having a hard time deciding on a vest and she let me take both vests so I could be sure it matched the girls dress. She was very nice, sincere and knowledgeable. I highly recommend!

I've been going to Lils for 10 years for anything ive needed for formal occasions. She goes above and beyond for her customers. They have a beautiful selection of dresses. She has also done alterations on several dresses for me, and they have always ended up being a perfect fit. I highly recommend her to anyone in the area needing formal wear.
