Contacted the company's owner (Vilmar) in December 2019 and requested a quote to travel overseas. After depositing the requested amount of $2171 on 20/12/2019 to the owners PERSONAL account I was assured that we soon would get an itinerary. As the dates approached we checked if a possible re-scheduling of the trip was possible to find out the previous confirmed travel locating number had been canceled without us being aware of it! when contacting the agency we were assured that all would be worked out. This was prior of COVID and by then the airline and travel industries were still functioning normally. there were no reasons to have changed the already paid and confirmed trip as it stood. When the pandemic started we tried countless times to contact the agency by phone, text and Whatsapp and we got mislead to believe we would be refunded in 4 different instances. Last one was to take place on 08/10/2020. Dual standards, lying and stalling are many of this company's way to do business. BEWARE.

Horrible experience even though used them based on a recommendation. Read below for details
Purchased airplane tickets in a rush just about 4 days before traveling out of the country. Provided credit card information over the phone and was immediately billed. Received an email a few hours latter which I thought was the tickets but later came to find out it was only a reservation with the airline.
About 3 hours before the flight we got a call from the agency telling us that our flight had been delayed by about two hours. Went online checking with the flight number that had been provided by LinkTravel and found out our flight was not delayed. When we contacted LinkTravel we were given a different flight number that was for a flight leaving two hours latter. This made me conclude that LinkTravel had just purchased our tickets about five hours before our original flight and was unable to find seats on that flight so booked us on the next flight.
When we got at the check in we found out from the airline counter employee that we did not have a ticket for a flight back only a reservation. Called LinkTravel again and we were told that by the time we reached our destination we would have our tickets purchased and email confirmation. After reaching our destination got to a wifi spot and checked my email, still no tickets. Called LinkTravel again and was told that within two days would have my tickets. This repeated itself a few times with every couple of days calling to ask about tickets and being told we would have them within a couple of day. Finally threatened the agency that we would take this issue up with our credit card in order to deny payment and two days latter (one day before our return flight ON A TWO AND A HALF WEEK VACATION!) we received our tickets. To add to the stress created by these actions from LinkTravel our flight was fully booked and probably because our tickets were purchased one day before the flight we (a family of 4 with 2 very young children) ended up on separate seats all over the plane. With some help from the airline we were able to get the seats together but at this point we ended up with the worst sets on the whole plane, last row where is tighter than other rows and the seats do not incline, on a 9 hour flight.
I don't know what this company did with our money for close to three weeks from when they were paid to when they purchased our return tickets but whatever profit they might have made came at the cost of ruining our vacation due to keeping us constantly concerned until we got on the return flight.

Purchase flights through these people at your own risk. We will never again.

Got a fake ticket going to Brazil when got to the airport found out there was no ticket issued . Had to buy another ticket one way $1800 never got reimbursed . Don’t buy from them .

The guy is a scam artist, he will take your money and run with it. He has stolen money from several people and lies to them. If you want to lose money and get scammed then use this guy, he will definitely take your money and run with it.BEWARE.......SUPER SCAMMER!!!

I wouldn’t give this place a one star. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. Awful communication skills. Delayed responses. Incompetent people that have no idea what they’re doing. Instead of helping they made things complicated and stressful. Do not recommend
