Absolutely fantastic! Stayed at the Alpine Sweet. Exactly as described! We would give 10 stars if we could!

Can’t control mother natures polar vortex that had freezing rain the weeks before our stay, making the drive up the mountain impossible. You all should be ashamed of yourselves!

Do not stay at little Andy’s mountain cabins in the winter. They are not reliable

Rented through Airbnb. Check in was at 4. At 330 we received a message saying they were having issues with the drive way. It has snowed a week prior and the drive way was never cleared off. Additionally the cabin had never been cleaned since the last people had stayed there. We reserved at least two months prior. All of the communication between Jessica who was the renter was horrible and nothing was rectified. At 7 at night we were told to find different accommodations. I understand it is a mountain cabin, but when you have guests that have rented two months in advance and it has snowed a week prior, you would think that a mountain cabin rental company would know how to check on their cabins prior to the day of check in, communicate with people from out of state coming to stay in their cabin, and be a little more prepared for mountain winter weather.

Ruined our vacation. Booked this cabin 3 months in advanced only to have the host cancel on us and leave us stranded. Do not book with these cabin rentals. They will leave you high and dry with no communication. They started they had a gc working on it. They did this to the six of us and then another group of 6 that rented the other cabin. The snow storm happened a week ago. There is no excuse for any of this.

Beautiful Cabin. Spacious two stories with lots of space for the family to hangout and when someone needs a quiet time. Very cozy, the decor is very detailed and beautiful. Very clean and equipped with everything you need and then some. The views are breathtaking and I loved that it was so centralized to go to many places around like Helen, scenic mountain drives, the chattacoochee River, even went to scaly mountain to play in the snow and it was a gorgeous drive. It was a very pleasant stay, we were so comfortable and happy we didn’t want to leave. Can’t wait to comeback. Oh and the service was great. Host was very friendly and available to answer questions.

The cabin is very spacious and it's fantastic location (5 minutes from downtown) and beautiful views from every room in the cabin makes it's highly appealing for Airbnbers. The rooms, including the restrooms, were quite spacious and well planned out and well maintained. Highly recommend 👍

Pictures do not do the view justice! This cabin was situated perfectly in the mountain and really close to the city of Helen. The hot tub was amazing and the owner had almost an immediate response to any message I sent. We’re already talking about renting again for the summer 🙂

Unfortunately I can’t leave 5 star review due to the fact we were unable to stay in the Alpenrosen Haus cabin in Helena GA. We had the reservation booked for 3 months, drove 5 hours to the destination and 30 minutes before check-in we are told by Jessica (a supposed super-host) that the driveway is a solid block of ice and un-drivable. Mind you she had been questioned about an early check-in at least 3 hours prior. She lied stating that she had a crew at the site clearing the driveway but the cleaning crew had yet to clean the cabin. Mind you the snow happened a week prior and all other areas had been cleared. We, already being in the area went to check the progress of the driveway, no cleaning crew in site. So not only did Jessica fail to communicate in a timely manner but she also lied. I fail to see how a person is a super-host that fails communicate with it their guests about a serious issue. She offered no other options of where we would be able to stay that evening. She just stopped all communication. Essentially she just said: I don’t care. Two thumbs down for this super-host.

This is what I would like the clarify on my review. We booked this Airbnb yes through Airbnb. We booked it 3 months ago for 6 guests. See highlighted picture where they responded trying to make us look like the bad guys due to more ppl being there than booked. 5 reviews were left. Those 5 “friends” were GUESTS booked to stay. We booked this vacation for the allotted 6 guests. I am the sixth guest that booked the cabin. We had to walk up to the cabin to see if we could even get our belongings in to stay at the cabin we wanted to stay in for the accommodations we picked when we booked the cabin. Note the time stamp on the picture at 4:20 pm. We were not in the cabin at a time we were not allowed in to go. Check in is at 4pm. This host did NOT contact us or offer us anything. Instead they just ghosted. We happened upon the guests booked in the cabin next to us and they were informed that this host informed them at 12:30 pm of the situation. We messaged at 12pm to see if we could early check in, we did not get a response until 3:10pm. Had you communicated better we would not be so angry about the inconvenience you left for our 6 allotted guests that were DISPLACED DURING OUR VACATION. You lied to Airbnb about the conditions. This snow storm happened a week ago. You all had time to get it clean. You gave no offer of a free night. We had to deal with Airbnb because you completely ghosted. Also you did not contact Airbnb until 7pm telling them you had to cancel OUR reservation. So that’s 3 hours already wasted. Yes a phone call would have worked much faster. As a host, shouldn’t you reach out to your guests that are spending hundreds of dollars with you about the situation. Since it is an inconvenience to us? All highlighted areas in the pictures for the responses to our bad reviews are just more lies. I’m glad you are focusing on the positive of someone else being able to enjoy to cabin that we booked so long ago. Just know this, if your business is run on lies, it can’t be a good one. A warning to all guests, nothing is their fault. They are too busy for you. You are an inconvenience to them. Don’t risk your money staying at any of their locations. Because they do not do their due diligence to make sure everything is communicated with you and find you another place out of the 38 options they said existed. They did not fix the situation. They made it worse. Also we did not chose to cancel. They gave us no option but to cancel, leaving us to have to work with Airbnb to find another place to stay. Yes we were refunded, but that takes 3-5 business days to get the money back, and then we had to spend more money to book a new place.
