Clean and accommodating had a great time. We love staying here for horrohound. We always get great sleep which is nice for a con weekend we can’t wait to come back. The front desk is always so nice and make check in a breeze. Our favorite hotel to stay on for our favorite Convention weekend!

I reserved a handicap accessible room for the night of February 25, 2025. Room was very clean along with the facility. The accessibility of the room not so much, the shower is hard to get in and out of for someone with mobility issues. I had to walk across a wet floor to retrieve my towel because there was no where near the shower to hang it, unless I put it in the shower. The wall safe stays open so please don't be half awake and forget about it or your face will hurt. The provided charging stations are not functioning.

stayed here for 5 days and the outside looked promising but the inside not so much…. the hallways smelled of weed and the room just smelled musty. there was hair in the shower before we even used it and staying there just gave me a dirty feeling. Me and my roommates kept smelling a sewage smell that would not go away even after spraying a ton of air fresheners. I just did not have a good experience but had to stay there for other reasons.

Hotel was very clean, super convenient as well as comfortable. All the spaces we visited were clean and well kept including the lobby, hallways and indoor pool. Although it's not flashy the hotel has all the necessary conveniences and we lacked for nothing during our stay.
The part of our stay I wanted to specifically highlight was the front desk staff employee Tyre who was working during our stay. He was an absolute gem!!!! He was very efficient but also so pleasant and helpful!!
Employees like this are the reason people keep coming back!!! Thank you Tyre!!!!

The bed was comfy and the room was immaculate. Great water pressure! I give only four stars because there was literally nothing for a diabetic vegetarian to eat at the breakfast bar. ||Someone with a dog is not picking up the poop, which is frustrating for those of us who follow the rules.

NOT FAMILY FRIENDLY FOR BLACK PEOPLE
We got a room here a few months ago and we were kicked out not even an hour after because they accused us of having a party. By the time we got to the room they had called the room phone and said they were watching us on the camera and told us they saw 16 people we only had 11 people with us 8 of which were children. We were asked to leave and my friend never got her money back neither, even after disputing charge because they told her bank that she was having a party! Me and my friend both have 4 children each so it is definitely a crowed when we show up. We wanted to go swimming but of course we were not all staying over night. The problem that we have in this world is that there are so many misconceptions about people of color that judgement is rendered upon appearances immediately when doing business. We ended up going the the Drury Inn where we had an awesome time. We didn’t feel like we were walking on egg shells, there was plenty of space. I I even got me a room and decided to stay the night. I’m only writing this review to help you make a good informed decision about your stay. I also know it has a lot do with the staff the day we went it was a feisty African American lady at the desk who was giving off disgusting energy from the moment we walked through the door and the manager was a heavy set Caucasian women both looked under 40. Just giving details in case you go and they are still employed at the location.

Seriously cannot say enough great things. Every staff member from the housekeepers to the managers go above and beyond. They are thoughtful. They really put their all in to the guest experience. We will continue to choose this hotel after our first time here. They were giving out flowers for Valentine’s Day and had so many different gift boxes to choose from for the ones who forgot to buy vday presents!!! You come for the location but will come back time and time again for the experience. Best hotel trip ever. Thanks LivINN! We had a great trip for our daughter’s volleyball tournament.

Great room location for the convention. Hot coffee and great service at the desk. We always stay here for Horrorhound Weekend and we always have a wonderful time. They decorate for the convention and everyone is very friendly. |My only "complaint" is about other guests- we have a few children running back and forth above us and it gets loud. Otherwise great stay!
