We hired Jaelynn for month-of coordination for our small wedding in September 2024, and could not be happier with her and her team!! Even with a small guest list, there was so much more coordination needed than I realized, and Jaelynn took care of everything. She did all of our rentals, florals, ceremony/dinner setup, and full coordination, and everything was perfect. She patiently answered all of my questions leading up to the day, and really executed everything exactly how we envisioned. We wanted our wedding to feel special and intimate, and it turned out to be all of that and more. Plus the florals and setup were absolutely beautiful!! We hired Jaelynn for day-of coordination for my daughter's recent wedding in July. Our families were handling all of the planning ourselves, and I decided that it would be a good idea to have some help on the event day. I have to say that I am very glad that we found Jaelynn. She met with my daughter and her fiance a month prior to the wedding - they were able to share their vision of what they wanted the day to look like. She was able to give suggestions, and tips to help things come together. Weeks before the wedding, Jaelynn communicated with our vendors and then on the big day, she was able to be their main point of contact and keep things running smoothly so that us parents could relax and enjoy the wedding. We found Jaelynn to be very professional and helpful within the short time we utilized her services. Although we had many of our plans and decor already established, she was able to help us by renting some items to us which we needed and also add her knowledge and decorating touches to what we had done.
She worked very well with our venue's staffing and all of our vendors. She setup our reception area perfectly and to our daughter's specifications.
I found her especially helpful the evening of the wedding as we had some issues arise with a vendor and she kept me informed of what was happening then and days afterwards.
I would recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable wedding coordinator.
