Just returned from a 5 day visit to my family in Ga. I booked with Lookupfares..all went well to get me to my destination but imagine my surprise upon receiving my boarding passes and the second flight had no gate or seat assignment. I called Delta directly to see about reassigning a seat for the 1st flight to get me closer to the exit due to a quick connection..the agent told me I was on a standby list and if I wanted a seat I had to pay $248.30. I was told I had a promo ticket. I was never told this. I even bought insurance incase a flight was canceled while speaking to an agent from Lookupfares. Needless to say I paid $248.30 because I had to get home! I would NEVER recommend this company. I will be calling them tomorrow as I just got home from the airport. What I was lead to believe my round trip flight would cost$223 for flight with insurance $270. With my return flight of $248 became $518. Lookupfares you will be hearing from me! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

I would give them a Zero if that was an option! This company exhibit's fraudulent behavior. I booked a flight to Europe. Gave my card information. Booked the flight only to get a call from the company saying that the price that i paid was only half the passengers! They tried to get another $500 plus dollars from me. I refused to pay more! Then lookupfare had the nerve to say if I cancel the reservation I would have to pay regardless! Such BS!!! Do not book with this company they are Crooks….

Booked a flight and needed to change the flight dates, they told me it’s a use it or lose it ticket. I offered to pay a flight change fee and they told me not with the ticket I purchased. Then the representative offered to find me a new flight and to pay for another flight! Reached out to the BBB, hopefully something changes, this is such poor customer service and I’m left without my money back or a ticket I can use.

Horrible flights, they give you a price in Canadian currency and they charge in us currency , you only know when you get the credit card statement
You re not allowed to even bring a carry on
And a checked bag is 65 dollars and who know probably even in us $ also
To call them is difficult, they don’t know anything
And is not toll free, I was charged 12$ for two calls that were completely useless

The worst booking company I have experienced. I had to make a modification to a flight because the date appeared wrong in my itinerary. They charged me an additional $750 to make the change on a flight that costs under $200.
I wasnt provided with other options either.
I have not received my revised itinerary to date.
The agent also informed me that I have to learn from my mistakes the hard way.
I asked for travel insurance and I was notified that it would not be possible.
If any other issues arise, do I have to pay out of pocket again?
This is the worst customer service and will definitely spread the word around.
Never book with Lookupfare even if the prices seem reasonable.

I booked a flight for 1,900 and they tried to change it the next day to 2,400. Customer service was terrible and argumentative. I canceled and will NOT be using them again. It's funny that AT&T labeled their phone number as SPAM. Just book with Orbitz or someone that's reputable.

Took my money...did not book my flight. Still have not given us our money back. Take this as a warning...stay away. I have been in contact with police. Scam artists.

I have tried contacting them with no response. They sent me an email saying my card was declined...it was not, they promised me the ticket was booked and even provided me with airline confirmation information (which I verified)...they failed to pay airline for the ticket. My son arrives at the airport to go back to school...no ticket was booked. We were forced to buy another ticket...thank god we had the means.
