This was our first time using a travel agent. I highly recommend Lori and her team to help with your trip! She recommended a resort in Turks and Caicos that was amazing! We had a travel delay overnight and she quickly helped us to book the next flight out to our destination. She also worked with the resort to extend our stay an extra night since we were delayed. We would have been in a bind if we had not had Lori helping us!

If you are looking for good communication, accurate suggestions and dedication to amazing customer service, you have come to the right place! Lori and her team are dedicated to customer service and complete satisfaction. Communication was great and there was very little we needed to do on our end. I’ve used Lori for two trips now, and both have had issues with airline cancellations. Luckily, I was prepared for what to do should this happen. Further, Lori was on the ball and helped us quickly rectify the situations. I know I could go online and do book this all myself, but knowing that Lori is literally available 24 hours a day to assist if needed is priceless.

Lori and her team were very helpful with helping pick our destination. They went above and beyond. They checked us into our Departure Flight the night before. We had plenty of communication for questions and such. The last thing you want when you are out of the country is to have issues. Lori and the team did a great job. Our Vacation was great.

Lori and her team were amazing! We were planning a trip to Dominican Republic. Some of us had never been to an all inclusive resort and had no idea what to expect. They made sure we knew what to expect from the point of the airport to the resort. They answered any and all questions before we left. A little over a month ago my mother was put in hospice in Georgia. I had to get home fast before she passed. Dena helped me with my flight. I made it to Georgia in time but sadly my mom passed the day I was to fly back. Lori kept in touch with me for a week while I was there making sure I could get back home but also giving me time to do what my family and I need to do for the funeral. I can't thank these ladies enough. Thank you again for everything!
