I joined Lotus Compass' pilgrimage on the Camino de Santiago (Frances routes). It was an enriching, challenging, and truly amazing experience from the start until the end, and beyond. Jamie (owner) and Gavrila (meditation teacher) designed the trip impeccably with a perfect balance of physical challenge and spiritual exploration and growth, while simply enjoying the travel experience. I couldn't recommend joining one of their adventures more!

I attended a 10 day meditation and mindfulness pilgrimage on the Camino Frances with Lotus Compass and it was incredible! The logistics planning, trip preparation materials, and resources shared were very helpful. This is a trip I have considered planning for myself in the past but never got around to it. Having a seasoned guide who knows the ins and outs of the Camino made it easy for me to get the most out of my time on pilgrimage. I really appreciated the rhythm of the trip and the consciousness with which our group was assembled. Having a supportive, kind, and fun community to go on this journey with made it an A+ experience. If you're considering doing the Camino but are intimidated by logistics planning, I would highly recommend getting connected to Lotus Compass. And, if you're looking to explore or deepen your meditation and mindfulness practice and enjoy time outside, this is absolutely a great way to do that. I have so much appreciation for Jamie in facilitating and planning this trip. The experience was better than I imagined, and I think my time on this pilgrimage will continue to impact me positively for a long time. Huge thanks to Lotus Compass!

I found myself at a crossroad in life. I wanted to explore, adventure the unknown and dive into a world of the unfamiliar; however, I had fear and excuses crippling my desires. I didn't know what I was looking for, but I knew it was something magical. I shared this desire with Jamie and she had the answer. She said you must go on a pilgrimage, a spiritual journey- a journey of finding yourself. The road you will take is in Spain and this road will guide you to discover what you are looking for- The Camino de Santiago. My intuition, emotions, and thoughts aligned all at once. It was the most clarity I have ever experienced in my life. I did not hesitate to say YES- show me the way. Jamie gave me my packing list, essential readings, a plan, recommended lodging, and a vision. Every detail and logistic of my trip was accounted for. I've never traveled this way with such quality preparation. I took this journey alone. This was my first solo international travel experience and Jamie took such good care of me and provided such clear direction. My greatest fears were leaving my partner whom I've spent almost everyday with for the last 4 years for over a month, it was the idea of what if I fail, what if I come back an entirely new person? Jamie explained to me that this fear is natural and the more I lean into it, the more I will see the truth behind these worries. The truth is that I am capable, I am protected, and everything in my life has lead me to this moment- the great journey into the unknown. This trip would not have been possible without her guidance nor would I have had the spiritual revelations shown to me had she not prepared my mind for what is possible. Working with Jamie felt like a breath of fresh air. She checked in with me weekly and continued her support from start to finish. Her words are meaningful and wise. There is so much power in her direction and advice because she speaks from true experience. She has traveled the world alone for many years and I could feel her wisdom pouring into my soul. She changed the way I see the world, experience travel, and relate to different cultures. She added so much value to my experience and quite frankly, my life. I plan on doing the Camino again next year, and this time utilizing her as a coach for spiritual and mental preparation. She has equipped me with the planning and logistical knowledge I need for this particular trail; however, there are so many sacred moments and locations along the way I feel can expand my life and understanding of the world even deeper. I trust Jamie can use her spiritual teachings and tools as a way to guide me even deeper into the journey of discovering myself and the world.

Jamie's professionalism, organization, and excellent communication skills were apparent throughout my experience with her. She was quick to respond and provided thorough emails, reminders, and instructions that allowed for a seamless experience. Jamie also has a lot of spunk and heart, which helped me feel at ease during my session with her and I was able to drop into a deeper reflective place about my travels. Through this integration session, I was able to reflect upon my trip in new ways that brought insights into not only that trip, but other areas of my life as well. I got more clarity on some of my values when I travel, why certain travel experiences are more impactful to me and WHY, and what I could've done in the not-so-stellar experiences to help mitigate those situations from happening again. Overall, this session was a sweet mix of fun and introspective work; what a joy to connect with a fellow, thoughtful traveler like Jamie!
