Go with Scott. He is simply the best. He is an incredible coordinator, professional and organized, and is a true delight to work with. In a wedding industry full of people who claim to have your best interest at heart, Scott really does.

We wanted to build many items for our wedding, and Scott supported our every ambition to customize and DIY where we could and talked us off the ledge when he knew we were trying to do too much. He spent time with us on calls and was available whenever we needed him. He was patient with our loud, loving and wild families, all the moms and aunts were signing his praises by the end of the event.

He also went above and beyond for us at every turn. We had a Halloween after party and Scott and his team set up the whole thing while we partied with our guests. It was shocking beautiful and aesthetic even with all the requested skeletons and pumpkins in place and he added a few fun and whimsical touches.

Scott is also just a wonderful human! He is fun, while still keeping things on track. He is well equipped to handle wedding chaos with a playful smile and a bubbly attitude. We were so happy to have a new friend when it was all said and done!

Scott helped us enjoy the day to its fullest and we would recommend him to anyone who wants a logistically successful, in-budget and beautiful wedding.

We originally hired Scott to work with us on our daughter’s wedding at Flying Caballos Ranch and ended up also hiring him to help with the Rehearsal Dinner and post Wedding Brunch! Scott was amazingly easy to work with and did a great job across the board! Scott truly got the bride’s and groom’s style and helped them seamlessly execute their vision! Scott has great connections and was able to help us find just the right vendors to make the wedding weekend perfect! I highly recommend Scott!
