We had an excellent experience with Luxe White Glove Travel for our 2024 Mediterranean land and sea vacation. Sondra did a great job arranging an itinerary that matched our specific travel needs. And due to the unrest in other parts of the world, our itinerary was impacted by the tour company and Sondra was on top of it from beginning to end successfully working with the tour company on alternatives that still met our vacation desires and more. She was always available to us, very communicative, right up to some nail biting last minute schedule details, and throughout the trip - she was ALWAYS available and responsive. This was a very important long awaited bucket list vacation for me and my husband and our first time working with LWGT and Sondra, both experiences were grand! We will definitely work with Sondra again!

Luxe White Glove Travel has helped us with several trips now and is always fantastic to work with. We are experienced travelers but having Sondra's support for things means less stress and less time on logistics. Not only does she get it all done well and in a timely manner, she remains helpful while we're away if we have any questions. Had an amazing experience! Sondra was incredibly helpful, even staying up til 2am to make sure we got to the airport fine! If you are looking for a fantastic, reliable, open communication, problem solver look no further than Sondra. She helped us plan our daughter’s bachelorette with people traveling from different locations. She answered all of our questions and when the unexpected happened she was a phone call away to save the day immediately when we had to do an unexpected stop on the way home. If she recommends a location go with her recommendation, it will not disappointment. She knows everything there is about where you’re going and what to expect. If I could give her a 100 star rating I would. Five stars is not enough for her! Will definitely use her services every time I travel. Thank you Sondra from the bottom of our hearts! Our Travel Agent Sondra Nolan was the absolute best!!! She booked a birthday trip to the Bahamas for me and my best friend and we had a blast 🥳 Sondra arranged our itinerary from top to bottom. Thanks to Sondra, our shuttle airport transfer and resort check-in/checkout was so seamless! We didnt have to worry about anything during our stay, besides remembering to put on sun screen lol She even booked a birthday surprise to have cake setup and delivered to our room while we were out exploring the resort! She also had professional pictures scheduled to capture our birthday vacation 😎 We stayed at a Sandals resort where the atmosphere and customer service was top tier! Not to mention the food was amazing 😋 I will be booking future trips with Sondra and Luxe White Glove Travel!

I would like to take this opportunity to share my testimonial and give praise to Sondra Nolan and Luxe White Glove Travel for planning my trip of a lifetime! Thanks to Sondra, I was blessed to experience my first European trip with 19 family and friends on our Family and Friends Europe 2022 cruise. Not only did Sondra plan a phenomenal trip, she went above and beyond to ensure each of us enjoyed the Luxe White Glove treatment that catered to our individual taste and needs.
From the initial contact through each stage of the planning process, Sondra was professional, knowledgeable and courteous, paying close attention to each and every detail. I was recovering from hip surgery and she ordered a motorized scooter for me and made sure a wheelchair was available at each airport to make for smooth transitions.
Anyone who has tried to plan a family event can relate to the difficulties one may encounter. But try to imagine planning a vacation for 19 individuals with varying tastes and desires; it takes the challenge to another level. It was during this trip I truly learned the true value of having a travel agent. Even with the best planning, because we deal with humans, errors will occur. Such was the case with my trip. The airline in France made a terrible error effecting several members of the group leaving them without flights. Try to imagine being in a foreign country not able to speak the language and trying to resolve a very complicated problem. Sondra was quick to the rescue with less than an hour to boarding; she provided documentation of dates, payments and conversations and got everyone on the flight. She saved the day from what could have been a disaster to a very happy ending. Because of her dedication and hard work, we were all able to enjoy a little piece of paradise in Greece!
