I booked a limo for my daughter’s prom and I loved Edward’s service!! He was very kind, professional, and spoke Spanish. He arrived 30 minutes before the pick up time and waited for my daughter and her friends until it was time to leave. The limo was very beautiful and they had lots of fun! Great experience and great customer service. Pick up was right on time and the driver was really friendly and professional. The limo was all nicely decorated for my 23rd Birthday and it was super clean. I had lost my wallet in it on the way home and the driver brought it back to my house the next day! Will definitely recommend and use again.

Exceptionally good professional and reliable service..... We needed transportation to take us to and from JFK for a special trip that we have been planning for years. A multiplicity of things went wrong with the airline timing, as they seem to these days, and the people at this service could not have been more helpful. They rolled with it so professionally and left us with the clear feeling that we would make it there on time and everything would work out. Moreover when we came home it was in the middle of horrendous horrible NYC rush hour traffic and a tremendous rainstorm with flooding and the driver could not have been more helpful and friendly. I cannot say enough positive things about these people. I will use them again. And I will recommend them to everyone.

I hired Luxury & Comfort's limo service for my daughter's prom. From the get-go L&C stood out to me, for their timely responsiveness and for their transparency regarding pricing. Where other limo companies gave me one price to lure me in and then mentioned in the fine print all the "extras," L&C gave me the TOTAL price from the start, which included the drive, taxes, gratuity, and water/sodas/ice in the limo for the kids. I felt good about my choice, and this was only reaffirmed when their driver, Edward, arrived at the pickup spot and called to let me know he was ready anytime but not to rush the kids with their pre-prom photos. The limo had bluetooth connectivity so the kids could listen to the music they wanted to, and fun LED lighting and "champagne" glasses for their sodas to make them feel like royalty. It was a rainy night, and Edward was helpful with umbrellas, and communicated with my daughter at the end of the prom regarding where he'd be waiting for the group to take them home. Everything went off without a hitch, and the kids had a blast. I will definitely call on Luxury & Comfort when it's my son's turn to go to prom!
