If I could give this company a negative rating I would. I have had thousands in fines and fees from this horrific company. Fines for their lawn care ppl craking my window while i was gone at 25$ a day for months. The fine for 500$ for throwing a box in my dumpster with my son in tow. Oh it gets better god forbid you fall on some hard times and go a 2 month past on your montly maintenance fee that they barley deserve. They will send you an attorney letter adding additional fees on top for the attorney lmfao this company is nothing but a scam to its community they are supposed to be representing and taking care of. This company hardly keeps up with the maintenance on the small section of property they manage compared to the other company that manages the rest of out property at sunrise cove. STAY FAR AWAY!!!! Update 12/21/24 they state the guidelines my neighbors have set. Yet the same neighbors dont have to abide by those by laws and the fees that are paid go to your extorting ass company.. here's imagines of one of the board members kids throwing away a 10x larger item than I had where's there 500$ fine this was over 6 months ago.. the discrimination the extortion and plan old hostile environment this management company has made for me living in this condo is crazy. Can't wait for my day in court Leslie

The snow removal company pushed snow into my walkway and didn't shovel it afterwards to clear my walkway. A red reflector clearly identifies the edge of the walkway. An email was sent to M2 Management to inform them of the situation. I never received a response. Totally unacceptable. I called M2 Management and all I received was excuses why the snow removal company was unavailable to come back to finish the job they are contracted to do. It's not snowing, it's 38 degrees, and the sun is out. M2 Management said the vendor is busy and has other clients to take care of. I call BS.

M2 Management doesn't have the tenacity to hold their vendors accountable. M2 Management is joke and worthless.

If you need a management company, keep looking. Their rating of 2.3 stars is an accurate reflection of their performance. And remember, that is on a scale of 1-5, as a review is required to select at least 1 star.

If they were ever going to hang me, I'm going to tell the sheriff to call M2 Management for the rope.

While constantly increasing their prices, this management team unfortunately does not fix the endless street pot holes, murky pond waters, or provide snow plow services until days after a snow storm. It is a safety concern & quite disappointing living in a complex with multiple families and children.

M2 Management Group is terrible. When I called to complain about the lack of snow removal, I was told blowing and drifting snow is not covered under contract. A ridiculous comment by a M2 Management representative. Other owners told me they got the same response. I don't care how the snow got here, falling, blowing or drifting, the contract states anything over 2" will be plowed. HOA Board, time for a new property manager.

The HOA fees are far too high and they contribute very little to our living area (they mow for 3ish months out of the year, never salt the roads, and maybe plow once a winter).

Filed a request for removal of late fee based on it being postmarked 1-day after due, they provided they would take it to the board for review, forgot and charged compounding late fees. 4 months later I get a final update and they want me to pay for them forgetting to bring to the board.

Well, so far, you guys are not giving me a warm and fuzzy feeling after reading all of these reviews. I called your number to ask a question about an HOA where I’m considering buying a property. Your message says you’re open from 8 to 5 Monday through Friday I called it 4:45 no answer and it says you’re closed for the day. How is that possible? This really Gives me pause about purchasing a property where there are such bad reviews. Finally get a call back and I’m told you guys close at 3 o’clock on Fridays. You just haven’t updated the message yet. Geeze

Worst management group I have ever seen in my life. Planning to move out of Meadow Lakes just so we never have to work with these terrible people working here ever again. They ignore your calls, then finally tell you they’re looking into things for you then slam you with hundreds and hundreds of dollars in fees and claim they didn’t say things they said. Extremely awful people who will never be held accountable.
