My driver was wonderful! He arrived early, a refreshing experience. He made sure both the seat belt and the shoulder harness were fastened securely. He asked if the temperature in the van was acceptable, another pleasant request. He was efficient in getting me into the building. This gentleman is a gem!

My first ride of the year was phenomenal. This was booked as a medical transport ride. The driver was friendly, professional, attentive. Great idea and great service...IF you can manage to book a ride with them. I just tried (on a Monday) to get service for Sunday (7 days out, folks), and they're already booked solid for that day. This is an all-too-frequent occurrence.

As it was explained to me by the company, they only have twenty slots available for each weekend day. This is for the entire greater Hartford area. Those who are wheelchair-bound or elderly don't have a lot of choices when it comes to transportation.

What idiot thought this up? If they're going to provide a service, they ought to at least provide the service. A great idea, whose time has obviously not quite come...

When they do deliver, I'd give them 5 stars; the taxis are clean, and the drivers are courteous, friendly, and helpful. But trying to get a ride in the first place garners Encompass 0 stars.

I've had my share of awful drivers, one being from yesterday, February 13th! As soon as they arrived they had sent in to their company that they've waited over 10 minutes for me when in actuality it was as soon as they got to my home, didn't call to let me know they were waiting patiently! I let them know through text I needed a few minutes to get dressed as fast as I can and shoes on, since my left leg is injured it's been slowing me down..they didn't even give me a chance to get out the door before driving off and it's

Everything was great except I don't think the driver was aware of the Pick Up time change. The Dr's office changed my appointment time, so I called to change my Pick Up time. They were supposed to come between 10:41-10:46, I got a text and then a phone call at 10:16 saying he was there already. I had to leave the house with wet hair on a morning when it was only 29° outside.
Other than that, the Driver was polite, and pleasant, and he opened the door for me both times. I appreciate the ride!
