Never known of a funeral home whose staff comes to party with the bereaved family for 9 days and counting! The entire road of a community has been blocked every afternoon until late evening for the past week and a half and when I asked a guy to please move some vehicles so people can get in and out of their driveways, his response was "go ahead and call the cops. I'm with the funeral home so I don't know who drives these cars."
I understand a family needing to mourn a loss, but loud cheering, weed, and blocking roads and driveways for more than a week is disrespectful to others trying to live in that community.
Teach your staff to help people respectfully grieve.
