I initially reached out to Mad Hatter Travel Agency to assist with multiple trips in 2024 and 2025. While one booking was completed, it fell short of the expectations I had communicated. I acknowledged that I could have been clearer about my preferences and took steps to improve my communication. However, my concerns were not acknowledged or addressed by the agency.

Despite this, I attempted to continue working with them to plan four additional trips, including two adults-only vacations, a family spring break trip, and a $2,000 gift card purchase for a special anniversary gift. I also referred two friends to the agency. Unfortunately, after requesting changes to a booking due to unmet preferences for flight times and car rentals, the agency discontinued service.

The next day, I booked all my trips with a different local travel agency, where my preferences were prioritized, and communication was much smoother. While Mad Hatter Travel Agency may work well for some, I recommend ensuring your expectations are clearly outlined and confirmed before proceeding.

What an amazing experience!! Kari knows her stuff!! We have used her 2x and both have been easy, peasy!! She handles pretty much everything! Walked me through anything that I needed to handle myself. Answered all my questions and concerns with confidence! You can not go wrong with using Kari's service! And there is no extra charges for using her!! This is a win/win!!

After deciding very last minute I wanted to spend memorial day weekend in Mexico, Natasha at mad hatter got right to work to make it happen!! I saw her highly recommended through multiple Facebook groups and boy were they right. I messaged her at 9pm on a week night, and she was sending me flights and hotels by 9:10pm. The trip was absolutely incredible and for an unbelievable price. I will now be booking any future trips with her.
