Working with Connie to dream up, plan, and design our wedding in ~9 months was an absolute joy from beginning to end. She is communicative, detail-oriented, honest, patient, and incredibly kind. We feel so lucky we got to work with Connie, and we know it wouldn't have been possible without her!

Connie made the entire wedding planning process so manageable. We’re a pretty go-with-the-flow couple that didn’t have a super specific vision, and I get easily overwhelmed when there are too many options. She really prioritized what was important to us, worked within our budget, and was flexible with us as we figured out what we wanted. We met with her monthly and left each conversation with clear action items and next steps. In between the monthly check-ins, she answered all our questions (big and small) and advocated for us when communicating and negotiating with other vendors. We felt so taken care of through every step of the process and truly felt like Connie had our best interests at heart!

A few weeks into the planning process, we actually had to move our wedding date. Connie was unfortunately not available on the new date, but we enjoyed working with her so much that we wanted to keep working with her. Connie made it work; she helped us secure a coordinator who took over in the last month and organized + compiled all our designs/notes/contracts so that it was a seamless transfer. Our coordinator even complimented Connie, saying Connie’s preparation, organization, and attention-to-detail made her job easy.

Connie is the best!! We truly believe she is capable of bringing any vision to life, and we think any couple would be lucky to have her as their wedding planner.

We worked with Connie for over 1.5 years to plan our wedding and she made everything come together perfectly! Our day consisted of 2 tea ceremonies, a western ceremony, and reception. Connie made sure our monthly meetings were always productive and we felt like we were given sound advice every time. Our wedding day was beautiful and was as perfect as can be! Connie helped us plan and execute the wedding of our dreams! We worked with her every step of the way for about two years leading to our big day. From our first introduction to our last meeting, she was extremely attentive and professional but also personable and a joy to work with! As soon as we met her, we knew right away we were in good hands with someone who genuinely loved what she does. Communication with vendors can be overwhelming for those with no experience in the wedding industry, so Connie communicated with them and recommended the best team for us! Connie also assisted us with making our day uniquely ours by helping us come up with and add personal touches to everything from the cocktail napkins to the table numbers.

Our wedding day went soo smoothly - our family and friends were all very impressed and loved Connie's positive attitude! We received so many compliments about how beautiful everything looked and how well everything was planned/timed seamlessly. Because of the trust and relationship built with Connie, there was minimal stress and we were fully able to our enjoy our big day. We can't thank her enough!

Connie had set clear expectations with every aspect of the wedding planning process, was transparent with any hiccups, and best of all made sure the couple was taken care of and enjoying their engagement time together in the midst of what felt like chaotic wedding planning. Throughout the wedding planning process, we repeatedly mentioned to one another “we are so glad Connie is our wedding coordinator”. At the end of our wedding, we both strongly felt that choosing Connie as our wedding coordinator was the single best decision we made throughout the entire process. Here’s why:

Connie is the perfect combination of bubbly, energetic, and extremely organized. Her introductory presentation at our first meeting was so comprehensive and she immediately put us at ease with the whole wedding planning process. We quickly knew we wanted to go with her as our coordinator.

Since we went with her “Partial Wedding Planning and Day-of-Coordination” package, we started to work with Connie 3 months out from our wedding date. Our meetings were very structured and she provided various spreadsheets to help us stay on top of the various wedding decision (i.e getting marriage licenses, planning wedding rehearsals, making sure we have our attire, etc.). We can’t stress how helpful Connie was! Very quickly into wedding planning, we both started to experience decision fatigue so having Connie literally spell out for us what we had to do and by when was a game changer. She also took over communicating with our vendors which was a huge load off our shoulders. She was extremely prompt with her responses to our questions and was always available. Connie even took over communication with our family, friends, wedding party. Anyone who had questions was directed to her and it made our whole wedding planning process so smooth and definitely reduced our stress load.

Where Connie really shined though were on the days leading up to our ceremony and the actual wedding day. Unbeknownst to us at the time, our videographer contracted COVID the night before our wedding and Connie was quickly able to find a replacement before notifying us thus saving us from all the potential stress. On the day of, we had a packed schedule with a Chinese tea ceremony and large ceremony (200+ people) with multiple transitions between locations (indoor/outdoor venue). It went as seamlessly as we could have hoped and multiple attendees and vendors mentioned to us how impressed they were with Connie. In addition, Connie was constantly checking up on us to see how we were doing and making sure we were well fed which we greatly appreciated.

We are so grateful we got to work with Connie. She was not just a coordinator to us, but we felt she truly cared about making our wedding the most enjoyable and memorable for us, our family and our friends. She was attentive to our requests and asked questions to help us figure out what was truly important for us at our wedding and made it happen! It truly makes a difference who you choose as your wedding coordinator. Connie’s bubbly, kind and warm personality truly made a difference on our special day and helped us enjoy it to the fullest. As the mother of the bride i worried that the bride and groom would be very stressed over planning and preparing. Weddings are not easy and simple especially when half of the guests are from the other side of the country. Connie helped clarify a lot of questions and gave the bride and groom very clear guidance so that they were well prepared on the big day. We kept telling the bride and groom not to expect everything to be perfect. But the wedding turned out to be practically perfect and Connie was a big reason why.

Connie had been highly recommended to us by several friends at our church who have worked with her in the past. We had reached out to her shortly after we had gotten engaged (April 2023), with the intent of having a short engagement (7 months). Though the turnaround time might have been shorter for Connie, she still had a 2023 spot open and was very excited and willing to work with us.

After some prompt email communications back and forth, Connie had set up an initial meeting with us to discuss the different packages that she offers. We decided to go with the "Partial Planning" package - couple will lay the ground work (finding vendors, venue, etc.) and Connie would step in at 3 months before the wedding to take over vendor / helper communications, create a detailed day-of schedule, and of course, handle the execution of the event.

This ended up working really well for us since my husband and I are two very detailed oriented people but we wanted to be able to step back and just enjoy our wedding day. It was actually everything leading up to that day that allowed us to really relax. Through the multiple email communications, messenger chats, and the very detailed planning sessions, we became very confident that Connie could handle everything. I want to highlight a few areas in particular that we were grateful for:

-Planning session slide decks: Connie created these as informational tools. They really helped us to understand the wedding coordination process and see that there is a lot more to planning a wedding that we imagined. These were clear and visually easy to follow.

-Vendor / Helper communications: This was probably the item that I am most grateful for. Cannot stress enough how much this helped us. There were many things we had to follow up with vendors for. Connie did all the back and forth for us, and would then just update us in our messenger chat. It was nice to not have to keep tabs on these so that we could focus on other things. In addition, our wedding had a lot of family and helpers involved. Connie sent logistics emails to everyone (in total about 60+ different people) in order to make sure they were prepared to help out on our wedding day.

-Expertise: Given that we have not been married or helped out in other weddings in any significant way, we are very grateful for Connie's professional experience. There were a lot of things we had missed in our initial planning because we simply didn't know that certain items were needed, or that they would streamline our wedding even more. Once Connie stepped in, she brought all those things up and was able to help with these.

-Suggestions: And along those lines, when we didn't really have an opinion on something, Connie was always very willing to give us her opinion. What I really appreciated though was that she would always emphasize that the ultimate decision lies with us.

-Flexibility: Both of us work and therefore our work schedules can be a bit inflexible. Connie was willing to work with us to schedule meetings later in the evenings to accommodate. Was very grateful for this!

Quick summary - overall I think that Connie is professional, helpful, a very prompt communicator, highly available/quick to respond, warm, cheerful, encouraging, and a very appreciative presence in what could otherwise be a stressful time!
