We have booked two cruises with Sandy at Madison Travel, including air fare. We were wanting to do something special for our anniversary, and she did a wonderful job in putting together the cruise line and destinations. She has been very thorough in making arrangements, and very patient with answering our questions and concerns. With the storms in late February this year our flight got canceled. Per Sandy's recommendation we had arranged our flight a day early, so we were able to get a later flight and still make our cruise. Sandy was quick to answer the phone when we called. Highly recommend.

Sandy at Madison Travel Company is an excellent travel consultant. She is very patient, knowledgeable, and able to anticipate the needs and desires of all ages of travelers. She's been helping my family to plan multigenerational trips both in and outside the US for several years. When there have been glitches (though no fault of hers), she's gone above and beyond to help. We consider Sandy our go to travel planner, and we have wonderful memories thanks to her!

I wish I could give Madison Travel Company more than 5 stars. Sandy is very professional, sweet, and treats you like family and easy to work with and communicate with. She helped us find peace in our honeymoon adventures in Maui. When we had a delay on our flight back home and we had to stay in Arizona she was up at 4 a.m checking on our plane rides and finding us a place to stay in Arizona. She is a go getter!
