Our family has been on many wonderful vacations that I planned myself with ease, but Disney always seemed impossibly insurmountable and overwhelming. Jill took all the unease out of the process. Her explanations, organization, and expertise were impeccable. She got up super early on a Sunday and got us all the reservations we wanted and gave us the best advice for our family’s need and wishes. I would have gladly paid for her services but the fact that there was no cost to us at all was unbelievable. If you’re not using Magic Family Getaways you’re doing it wrong. If I could give her 10 stars I would!

My travel companion and I used Winnie Lin to book our recent cruise on Royal Caribbean. I just don't know what we would have done without her. She was always on top of us to meet our deadlines for paperwork, etc. As well as alerting us to when we could get some great deals on the price of "extras" like meal packages and shore excursions. Plus, with what seemed like a direct line to Royal's customer service department, she was able to navigate some of the more challenging issues we came across. I will never book a cruise in the future without using Winnie as my travel agent, as I know I will be able to relax and Winnie will do the heavy lifting.

Ashley is an angel sent from Disney to save you from losing your mind planning the Trip of a Lifetime! Over the course of many months, Ashley planned our multi-generational 13 person trip to Orlando. She researched and presented options for hotels, parks (Disney and Universal), restaurants, event venues that would meet the needs of our group - ages 7 through 73. She handled all of our bookings (hotels, parks, fast passes) and woke up early to help us get dining reservations. She was on hand with questions when we were on our trip. I cannot thank and recommend Ashley Malachowski enough for planning an amazing trip for my family of 4.
