We just completed a wonderful trip with our children and grandchildren to Disneyland this week. We were a party of 9 which included 2, 3 and 5 year olds, but it went like clockwork thanks to Regina's hard work, planning and coach us on all the Disney ins and outs. It had been over 20 years since I had been to Disney and so much had changed, that Regina's help was critical. Even a daughter-in-law was texting her one afternoon with a question while we were in the park. The airport shuttle server Regina set up was on time, courteous and had 3 car seats as requested already to go, which was extremely convenient. She also booked us strollers which were there waiting for us at the Disney hotel. Regina worked hard (up at 3 am) to book us at several hard to get character dining venues where the grandchildren had a wonderful time interacting with the characters. Regina, was very resourceful and was able to get a better rate at the Disney hotels for us then I could. I cannot say enough about how much help Regina provided and all her secret tips to get the most out of our trip. With our grandchildren so young there will be more Disney trips and cruises to come and I will definitely call on Regina again to set up the perfect trip for us.
