Jennifer was absolutely wonderful! She was recommended by a friend because I didn’t know a thing about Disney. From day 1, she guided our family into planning an absolute DREAM Disney vacation. Look, I grew up in Orlando and visited Disney World dozens of times as a child and young adult. We pulled up, walked in, did what we could, and headed to the car when the fireworks started so we could "beat the crowd" to the exits. I recall stealing glances of the night show over my shoulder or out the back window of my parents' car on the way to grab fast food before going home. Disney was an outing not an experience. It was always a fun, hectic day that I remember much like I remember visits to the fair as a child. I am so grateful for those memories.

Decades later, I am a mom and wife no longer residing in Florida. My children are 10, 12, and 16, and I haven't been to Disney World in 12 years—never as a family of five. I knew I wanted to take them some day. I also knew I wanted their experience to be different from mine. I wanted their experience to be MAGICAL.

I am busy and quickly got overwhelmed by all the options: to stay on property or off, single-day tickets or park hopper, what even are lightning lanes?

A mom's group suggested using Disney planner Jennifer Farrow. It was by far the best decision ever. Jennifer asked me a few questions, put together an itinerary, and then worked with me over the next few months to adjust our itinerary to suit our needs, interests, and schedules. She helped me stay within budget on hotel options, explained meal plan options, and even gave food suggestions near our scheduled activities. The greatest service she provided was the several calls and emails regarding Lightning Lanes and virtual ques. OMG! All of my degrees did not prepare me for the science of this. Without Jennifer, we would have left the parks without riding many of the rides my kids had obsessed over from Instagram/TikTok. Bypassing lines with 115-minute standby wait times was awesome. Understanding how to load new rides on our multipasses was a game changer. Being able to accomplish 99% of our desired activities is more than I could ever imagine with kids in tow.

If we were returning to Disney World next week, I would engage Jennifer again and again. Her insider knowledge on the logistics and her easy-to-follow plan were clutch. My family was so impressed with all the work that I did to pull off our first family visit to Disney World. And I owe it all to Jennifer, my not-so-secret weapon. Working with Jennifer to plan our vacation was one of the best decisions we've made! From the trip dates, to dinner reservations, Jennifer did all the work and we had all the fun! I almost feel guilty because we didn't take her with us.
