I can't say enough wonderful things about Magnolia Estate! My husband and I started looking for our dream venue a little over a year ago. After touring other locations and not being very impressed, we knew the moment we got to Rosewood Manor that we were going to be married there. The staff was extremely friendly and thorough. The venue is so beautiful and charming. My guests raved about how gorgeous it was! Which leads me to Danielle. To know Danielle is to love her. She is an angel of a person. I met Danielle during our first visit, and I told my husband I had to have her as part of our day. The knowledge, experience, and attention to detail that this woman has are unreal. When I say I couldn't have put this wedding together without her, I really would have been lost. I also have a hard time not micro managing everything, but I felt so comfortable with Danielle's work that I didn't even lift a finger to do anything the day of. Choosing to get married at Rosewood Manor gave me and all of my loved ones some of the most beautiful memories. I am forever grateful to Danielle, her entire team, and Magnolia Estate for giving me my dream day! If you're looking for the perfect place, this is it!

Wow! My daughter got married there last weekend and it was so beautiful! The venue was perfect for 150 guests! The staff was amazing, meeting our every need! The bridal suite was comfortable and big enough! The outdoor wedding space was so beautiful! The photos are stunning because the property is so amazing and well kept! Vendors were able to come and go easily! It was just perfect! Highly recommend!

Julio, Danielle, and the rest of the staff at the beautiful Magnolia Estate helped my husband and I throw the wedding of our dreams. We booked the Rosewood Manor, and would definitely recommend the space to couples in the future. With a 14 hour rental, you get to use the entire property, which includes a gorgeous garden ceremony space, both floors of the house itself, a catering kitchen and bar, the woods behind the house which make for great photos, and the bridal suite. The only caution I would give is that the groom’s suite is very small: smaller than most closets. However, Magnolia provides a separate space for the Groomsmen for an additional charge. Overall, the space beautifully accommodated my wedding of 205 guests.

You only get ONE chance to get your only daughter’s wedding right!
We fell in love with Danielle who gave us a tour in August, providing so much information and knowledge, that we knew we wanted HER and the Rosewood Manor. Looked no further!
Another thing that made this venue attractive financially is because you do not have to use a specific caterer and locked into higher prices. You provide your own alcohol so you don’t have to pay for those guests who don’t drink. This allows you to make your wedding costs very manageable. You can an elegant sit down dinner and a full open bar, or a simple buffet with a few select drinks. Spend the money on the venue and pinch in other areas. All our family and friends were from an hour away and had never seen a venue of this caliber and beautiful.
So in the early fall we signed the contract for the venue and Danielle as our Coordinator; however, anytime we called, everyone (the team) knew who we were and cared so intently to ensure they could meet our wishes. Spending the little extra money for a Coordinator is so worth it. My daughter has a hard time making decisions staying on track, and gets overwhelmed very easily, so I told Danielle up front and my daughter was at ease. Danielle laid out a timeline… first get your caterer, DJ, and photographer. Since this was out of town wedding for us, they provided preferred vendors who they know intimately and all work well with The Magnolia Estate again as a team. Every month after, Danielle contacted my daughter with next steps. She has so many good ideas and recommendations if you want to veer away from traditional things.
By December we started looking at linen colors, and centerpiece arrangements. OMG! She has two garages full of every kind of centerpieces imaginable. It was so important to me that I did not have to lug ANYTHING to set up or take down and haul away! That is what makes having a coordinator worth it! Every vendor that we booked was happy when we told them where the wedding was because they love Magnolia staff so much and easy to work with and accommodating. It all came together like a well oiled machine.
I have never been so relaxed and confident in all my life. The staff was very easy to find for incidentals and fixed things immediately on the spot (due to our last minute change requests). It was so breath taking when I walked into the venue. It represented everything my daughter had dreamed it would be. There was not one thing we would change. The outdoor setting was gorgeous and perfectly placed. Our guests were complimenting everything all night. Danielle even helped my daughter pull off a couple surprises for me.
I will forever be grateful to the Magnolia Staff and our Coordinator Danielle…Damn that woman is good! She can handle anyone and anything that you throw at her. Trust me you won’t be disappointed! 😊

As a wedding vendor, it’s important to have strong relationships with other vendors and part of that has to do with how well you’re treated ease of access to the venue etc., Magnolia Estate checks all the boxes of a great venue. They have a beautiful ceremony area and a nice outdoor bar area which guests love. The inside of the venue has a nice spacious cozy feel and we’ve always had a great event there I was playing their last night, and we play there a lot I was there I think about three weeks ago also and we have several other events coming up there along with their sister venue next-door Wood Manor. I highly recommend them for your events.

My now husband and I chose Rosewood Manor for multiple reasons. This company offers two venues on its romantically serene grounds. I particularly fell in love with the grand staircase, the vastness of the openness of the hall & all the natural beauty and light the floor to ceiling windows offer. We chose the event coordination & Decor plus package which came with bimonthly meetings with a wedding planner, full access to their wide variety of decorations including table linens, centerpieces, sweetheart table backdrop, picture frames for signage & seating chart board; not to mention complete set-up and tear down of all decorations. Danielle was our wedding coordinator, she was fantastic! Danielle walked us step by step through the planning process: offering vender options and contact info, sounding board for all our ideas, wisdom and knowledge for managing realistic wedding day ideals, emotional support but most of all she followed through with all the plans we spent months collaborating on to creating the most beautiful and heart-felt wedding I could have hoped for.
