Ashley and Kendal gave me a phenomenal wedding day experience. They were the single best investment I made in my wedding budget because they truly provided me a stress-free experience that I don't think I could have gotten from any other vendor. Ashley made me feel so at ease and confident knowing that there was someone steps ahead of me totally prepared to tackle major problems and answer incessant questions. Ashley should be your wedding planner if you are looking for someone assertive, patient and creative because she is all of those things and more. She stood out to me because she lets the client's taste shine through. I did not want my wedding to reflect the planner, I wanted the wedding to reflect me, my fiance and our families.

Hiring Ashley Stork/Magnolia Vine Events as my wedding planner was one of the BEST decisions I made. Ashley and her team were very responsive and accommodating with anything and everything I needed or had questions about from the start. Her expertise and knowledge is second to none. When we realized I had forgotten to hire bartenders on the week of the wedding, she was so calm and handled it within 24 hours.. and several people have complimented the bartenders' service since. Ashley and her team are also incredibly well-respected in this industry. When calling vendors to get estimates, etc., they would ask whether I had a wedding planner. When I told them Ashley, they were so happy knowing she would be working with them and all were very complimentary of her. That made me feel so confident in my decision to use Magnolia Vine Events. Cannot recommend Ashley and her team enough.

Magnolia Vine Events was a DREAM to work with. Leading up to the wedding, other vendors had nothing but positive words to say about Ashley and even made some things work (that they initially said wouldn't) when they found out who my planner was. The day of my wedding, Ashley's assistant showed up at the bridal suite and became like another bridesmaid! With a smiel, she was steaming dresses, getting food/drinks, and made everything seamless so my actual bridal party could relax and enjoy our time together. Family, friends, and other vendors who interacted with Ashley at the wedding commented on how great of a job she did and were very impressed that she had everything taken care of. At the end of the night, she had everything bagged and boxed for my parents to take home, and the next day, she knew exactly where EVERYTHING was that I was "missing" 🙂

I knew Ashley was the planner for me because of her sweet and calming personality from start to finish. She truly became a friend. My biggest wedding "worry" was that it would not all come together, but Ashley kept me on track and helped me through the whole process! I was so impressed with the end result and couldn’t have had a better day... all thanks to Ashley and Magnolia Vine Events!

Using Ashley with Magnolia Vine Events was hands down the best decision I made throughout the whole wedding planning process. I truly could not recommend her more. From start to finish she kept us on track with budget, helped me pick out the best/most professional vendors, and helped eliminate stress. I think she is the only person that I've ever met that is more detail oriented than I am, which made me feel so confident that everything would come together on wedding day just how we planned! She communicated with all of my vendors throughout the process and copied me on everything, so I stayed in the loop. We were so thankful to have Ashley there to answer the million questions we didn't know like - how many chairs should we have, how many koozies, how many servings of each cake, how big of a dance floor, what time should our ceremony start, how many hours should we rent the trolley, etc. etc. We had to change our reception venue 5 weeks from wedding day (yes, 5 WEEKS) and Ashley made it the easiest most seamless transition. Within three days she had all of my vendors back together at the new venue for a walk through and to design the new space. Ashley literally made this transition stress free. On the wedding day Ashley and her team were always two steps ahead. Every time I asked a question on wedding day the answer was always, "It's already done," "It's right here," or "It's already been handled." There was literally nothing for me to worry about the day of, because Ashley and her team had every little thing under control. I was so thankful for the (very detailed) timelines that Ashley and her team had made for the wedding party, family, and vendors. Everyone knew exactly where they were supposed to be and when, so everything stayed on or ahead of schedule all day. Our wedding day was perfect and I was so sad to see it end. I wish we could replay it over and over. I could go on and on about how much we loved Ashley and her team. They truly cared about making my wedding day as perfect as possible for me and it showed! Ashley was not only our planner during the wedding process but became such a good friend! I would recommend her to anyone and everyone!

Ashley and her team did an amazing job from start to finish when planning my wedding! She made the process so much easier and better for me, especially the week/weekend of the wedding. She always listened to what I wanted and tried to make my vision a reality, or help me figure out what my vision was! She was always quick to respond to anything I needed and it was always a pleasure when we had to meet together or meet with vendors. She was very knowledgeable of the vendors in the area, always had plenty of recommendations, and has built relationships with many of them. It was also nice having her office in the same building as some of the vendors we used! She was very professional the weekend of the wedding and I can’t brag enough on how well of a job her team did. She made sure I had everything in line and if I had forgotten anything, she took care of it no problem! She made my weekend stress-free and I felt at ease knowing she was in charge and had everything under control. Ashley and her team made sure I always had what I needed, whether it was a drink in my hand or a fresh coat of my lipstick on my lips. The weekend went off without a hitch and I can give much thanks to her for that. They took great care of everything post-reception and made sure everything got where it needed to go. I was beyond pleased with my choice for a wedding planner and I highly recommend getting one!!

Our decor and personal items were put out and looked great, a last minute request was made to happen & I didn't have to worry about it. The MVE team was organized, assertive, and compassionate throughout the wedding planning process and on wedding day. On the wedding day, I was able to relax and enjoy it with my sisters and friends without worrying about how and if things were being set up correctly and running on time. She won't micromanage you or your vendors but will instead lead and guide you through the process while offering as much help as you need/want. If you are worried about cost, consider the value of your own peace of mind on your wedding day. It's well worth it.
