We stayed at the Coyote Hills Ranch in Santa Ynez looking for a memorable venue to celebrate my best friend's engagement. This place was incredible. It is amazingly spacious, more so than the pictures convey which was great for our large group of guys. Even the bunk beds were huge in bed size and very comfortable. In addition to the pool and jacuzzi they had an incredible array of activities for our group to socialize and have fun around. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare group dinners and the views from the grounds at sunset (and the star views at night!) were exquisite. Everyone in my group just raved about the placed but I'm most grateful for what it provided - a memorable experience that went above and beyond the norm. I think regardless of what you're used to, this is a venue you won't be disappointed with.

PHENOMENAL! We rented the Coyote Hills Ranch property in Santa Ynez, CA and it was absolutely amazing. Gorgeous views, wonderful home, patio, pool plus everything you could ever need for a great vacation. The host Michelle is among the best I've ever seen. Incredibly talented, smart, and attentive to ensure guests have everything they need to fully enjoy their stay. Highly recommend!

Fantastic house. Michelle was responsive and helpful. Definitely a lot of thought was put into this house and felt like a family lived there versus it being a vacation rental. We had a lovely time and will definitely visit again.

Our Villa Montecito stay was unforgettable! This property is beyond stunning.We went with friends and thoroughly enjoyed the meals prepared by the chef, the beach time and lots of other fun activities in PV.
Matt and Michelle made the booking process seamless and responded quickly to any questions we had.
I heartily recommend staying at Villa Montecito to create memories with friends or family that you’ll never forget.

Primrose was the most amazing luxurious place we have ever stayed in. The rooms were beautiful, the pools perfect to hang out by and the house was lacking nothing. Every morning my friend and I would have a go in the gym then do some yoga by the pool looking across the bay! (While the house was being cleaned and our breakfast being prepared!)
The staff were all so attentive making whatever cocktails we fancied, adapting the meals to be vegan for us, even offering to pop to the shops for us or running upstairs to get the mosquito repellant. We didn’t have to lift a finger. The chef was very talented, our only problem there was too much gorgeous food- 3 decent meals a day and all delicious!! And Pedro or Fidal by the pool bar continuously offering us whatever drinks we wanted!
We had an issue with a leak in our room and immediately it was dealt with.
I cannot think of any negatives, house and staff all absolutely wonderful.

When we were imagining a vacation with our closest friends and kids, we were hoping for a welcoming experience that is restful. It honestly felt like we weren't welcome there and the staff were doing us favors. We were nothing but nice and tried to connect any way we could. Besides that, safety was the bigger concern. The pool on the property had moved/broken tiles that left gaping holes by the pool and one of our friends kiddos leg fell through. My husband was walking to the beach and the cement on the walkway broke from under him and he fell through the ground. His leg was twisted and abrasions in multiple places. Great way to enjoy a vacay. The company did not care one but when we told them. Sadness. We thought the food was prepared well and was delicious only for all the adults to get food poisoning the last night we were there. Just wish the experience matched the beauty of the villa and beach for our stay.
