Cathy was amazing!! The other staff we dealt with were not as accommodating and helpful as she was. Cathy is a perfect example of excellent customer service! The hotel was very loud during the middle of the night. The staff did not manage this whatsoever, which was very upsetting as we did not sleep much.

Absolutely terrible. The first room I was given was occupied. I was given another room but the key card did not work. Went back to the desk for another key card, and back to the room a third time. Still didn't work. Was promised my reservation would be canceled and my card would not be charged, but within 10 minutes of me walking out the door they charged my card. The lobby was dirty and didn't appear safe. Clearly not a good hotel.

Positive: Location was good, lots of parking available Negative: Extremely dirty. Hair all over in bathroom, floor not swept or mopped. The entire hotel reeked, and was so dirty. My keycard reader to my room was dying so I had to go to the front desk four times to get a new key. Ridiculous.

The owner and management are running the hotel into the ground. I've stay here the last 12 years in May. Price goes up and breakfast gets worse. The place is in obvious disrepair. The amount of garbage in the parking lot and around the building was terrible. Iwill not be staying here any longer.

This place smells awful the first floor is fine we stayed on the second and the entire floor and elevator smells like death. The location is nice loved the Mexican restaurant practically next door. Our room had spills and dust all over the walls and when my husband checked in they wanted a extra $20 for early check in we came back when they said to, to avoid that but “they can’t print third party booking receipts” so if we had done that who knows what the total would’ve been. Cleaned my room before I touched anything. Try to hold your breath in the hall and when check out is at noon Check in isn’t til 2:20 idk why housekeeping pounded on our door at 10

This hotel is in need of some TLC. The suite size and the beds and pillows are the only positives. Our room kitchenette range was filthy. There were limited food prep items. The full size refrigerator has handles that been painted or the black finished had peeled away. The interior light of the refrigerator was hanging and seemed to have a short. The toilet seat was ready to fall off and the shower lever was missing the set screw and kept falling off. I reported but it was never fixed. There is an unusual smell throughout the building. It may be a better price option but recommend spending a few dollars more for a cleaner and better maintained facility.
