I recently stayed at this hotel, and the experience was unacceptable. Despite requiring a deposit for incidentals, the property was in a state of severe disrepair and neglect.

The room had broken pictures on the walls, sharp metal exposed in the kitchen area, and a table leg barely attached. Cleanliness was a major issue—there were visible toenail clippings and plastic tags between the bed and nightstand, a sock left on the floor, and the carpets had clearly not been vacuumed. One of the washcloths even had black mold on it, which I thankfully noticed before using it on my face. The cups were dirty, the light switches grimy, and the toilet was only functional about half the time.

The TVs didn’t work, and when I inquired about them late in the evening, I was told to come to the front desk at 11:00 p.m. for assistance—a completely unreasonable request. To make matters worse, the living room window wouldn’t close properly, leaving cold air to pour in all night.

If zero stars were an option, that’s what I would give. This property is in desperate need of maintenance, cleaning, and inspection. I strongly recommend that management or even the health department investigate, as the current conditions are unacceptable.

Absolutely wonderful place to stay. Incredibly quite, I could hardly ever hear the highway or train that are very close. Didn't even realize the train track was there until my second stay. Good hot water. The kitchen was wonderful. The only thing I wish was that there was more than one set of utensils in the kitchen. Everything was clean. Door handles are a bit janky, and they use some really strong air freshener that gagged me in the elevator, but very nice.

Do not stay here. There’s only a small sign on the building that says welcome otherwise the place is very hard to find.||The person at the reception desk was very nice. We had to interact with him because we had to keep going to him to get stuff for the room.||The room was supposed to be set up for at least 4 people. It was only set up for two people. So we did not have towels or sheets for the third person. Went to make the fold out bed. It had only the mattress pad on it, which looked dirty and the bed itself was dirty. The cupboards that didn’t have anything in them were dirty and had droppings in them. There was cockroaches in the bathroom. The toilet ran.||We were supposed to start the dishwasher with our dirty dishes. The dishwasher did not work. There were no washcloths or dish towels to be used to clean the dishes. ||Definitely will not recommend staying here to my family and friends.||Only positive thing was it was close to the airport.||It was the worst place I’ve stayed in.

No one at the front desk cares about any of the issues I reported over my multiple stays, zero maintenance is been done in the rooms, I even got the same room after 2 months and the same broken things were still there…and had to keep the room anyway.
And about the noise, yes it so loud because of the highway to close, and all the hallways smells bad.
If you have an alternative, do not go there!

It was horrible. First one. booking the room I was Manipulated And Misled into booking a room that wasn't on the site . So when I get there and I go to my room I immediately noticed that it was not the room i book. After i called to make sure i was booking the rite room. Because all the pictures on the site was the same. All mainstay staff did was blam it on the booking company. Even after i showed them that their website was misleading. And the room they gave me was Disgusting. I told the front desk how disgusting the room was And no one did anything about it. I had to go and dispute the charges because everything was false. It was vert sad

I am not one who writes reviews but i found it necessary to review this hotel that has been my home away from home. I am in town often to work for long periods. Mostly for 2 to 3 months on each visit and this place has gone beyond my expectation in terms of safety, customer service, location, Room furnishing and more. Safety is100% i feel very safe here. Location is in a safe and quite neighborhood with nice restaurants and amenities all a stone throw away . This hotel is clean and the customer service is top notch. All my needs have always been promptly met by the well trained and always smiling staff. The furnishing is well maintained and everything works. They have a fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, refrigerator, cookware and utensils. The beds are very comfortable and i always look forward to a good night sleep . Room service is always available to clean and stock up on towels, napkins, soap.
I would recommend this hotel for any traveler who values safety, customer service and of cause a clean room and a comfortable bed. And they are also pet friendly. I will definitely be staying here anytime i am in town.
