My boyfriend has wanted to take me here since I moved to the area, and we're here now for lunch with a friend. I just have to say... Wow! I ordered the small... SMALL eggplant fries... The portion is HUGE! They're very light and tasty. My entrée came with a salad, and it was perfect (for me). A simple salad with just fresh lettuce, shaved carrots, and cucumbers, which may be too spartan for people who like more to their salad, but I'm a picky salad eater, so I was grateful for simplicity. The house made ranch dressing is DELICIOUS. I liked it so much that we asked for extra. (I dipped some eggplant fries in the ranch - highly recommend.) The atmosphere is fairly plain due to a lack of much interior design, but I really enjoy the low lighting; it makes for a nice, mellow vibe. Our server Alana is
✨ absolutely amazing ✨. She is super attentive, chill, and friendly. (Her voice is very pleasant and calming.) Alana was quick to answer my questions and cater to my requests - I'm very particular about some things and she handled everything with kindness and grace. If you get Alana, know that you're in great hands and she will take care of you - be kind and respectful to her!!! When our entrées came, it was no shock that the portions were massive. I got the fettuccine alfredo with shrimp, and my boyfriend got the cheesesteak sandwich with mushrooms. I tried a bite of his sandwich and it was yummy. I'm picky about cheesesteak, but this was so juicy and tender. My fettuccine alfredo tasted different, but not in a bad way. The texture was perfect, and there was a fair amount of shrimp. I loved it. Everything we got was well worth the price, especially considering I'll be easily getting 2-3 meals out of my leftovers. (Edit/Update: Make that 5 meals!!! I eat small portions, so I got 5 meals out of the fettuccine alfredo!) I'm DEFINITELY looking forward to coming back! 🥰

UPDATE: The management team graciously reached out and demonstrated excellent customer service to address the situation. I am revising my food rating from 1-star to a well-deserved 3-star as their efforts were truly appreciated. We all have off days, and I believe that was the case during my visit.

What a S-show!

Steak n cheese; meat n veg mix tasted like a burnt dirty flat top, roll was so dried out on top you couldn’t enjoy it. Bottom roll was a broken mess. Whole thing collapsed and all I had was a plate of scraps. Couldn’t get over the dirty grill taste! Chef- Do better!!

As longtime customers we’ve seen a steady decline in the last few months in the quality of the food and the care with which it is prepared. Tonight was the last straw. The uber eats delivery driver’s service was the best part of this meal. The fried mozzarella came with No sauce and it was barely cooked, not crunchy, barely breaded and so greasy it looked like it got dropped in oil and taken right back out without even cooking. Inedible. The “MamaLukes Salad” which is normally a spring mix with a bed of carrots, peppers, tomatoes olives etc was a big pile of limp iceburge lettuce with 2 sliced off color grape tomatoes, 1 green olive and a few cucumber slices. The creamy Gorgonzola dressing is no longer what was previously served and is not creamy by any stretch of the imagination. The Buffalo chicken bites were requested well done and they were barely cooked and soggy. The Pizza was ordered 1/2 Pepperoni, the whole pie had pepperoni. Solid waste of $$ and we’re done giving them the benefit of the doubt. Don’t waste your money thinking it will be the great food you’ve always enjoyed, you’ll be sorely disappointed.

My boyfriend and I have been dining with Mama Luke’s for years because the food is always delicious. We recently had the pleasure of being waited on by Alana and she was superb! She was attentive, knowledgeable about the menu, and so welcoming - by far one of the best dining experiences we’ve ever had. We’ll definitely be back to see Alana again!

Recently I worked with Alan at Mama Lukes in Farmington to cater my dad’s celebration of life. The service was excellent, and the food was delicious. They arrived exactly when they said they were going to, and everything went off without a hitch. An absolute dream to work with! Thank you for helping to make this event so special! Don’t forget Mama Lukes for catering your event. They were fabulous!

My go-to here is the cheesesteak grinder - the sandwich is so big that it could be eaten as two separate meals.

The pizza is pretty good, thin crust and cooked well on the undercarriage. Ratios are a little off, but the pie overall is pretty good.

Definitely worth a shot, especially since Bristol is primarily Greek pizza - a nice little change up.

WOW! Full Philly cheeseateak grinder. Loaded with delicious shaved rib eye not the cheap steak-ums. What a great price too. I will be back over and over again.

2nd time around and just as wonderful! Yes, I like pickles but holy heck what a grinder. Another 2 meals worth to take home. And excellent Limoncello and Pistachio martinis.

My family and I eat here about twice a month, and I’ve never had a bad meal! Service is always fantastic, place is immaculately clean, portions are huge and food is always delicious. My only “complaint” is they took my favorite item off the menu-the bruschetta bowl, BUT if you ask them, and I do-every.single.time (I’m sure the kitchen staff love me-sorry guys!!!!) they will still make it for you. And I’m grateful for that, because I live for it! Can’t wait to go back already.
