The lady who helped us was very rude and useless. When we went to inquire about my bro's refund, she told us that our refund will take about ten years and that we should call PAL because their the 1's that have the money.

I suggested that we paid their agency not PAL she said that it's bull&#it and that she couldn't help us. She was a bit*"h.
