It's a great pleasure to write this review. We have booked travel with this company and had some last minute changes due to weather warnings. Both the advisors we contacted on the 24/hour Helpline Call centre were more than helpful, polite, knowledgeable and friendly. I had a particular positive experience with a lovely lady called Nancy who put up with nearly an hour phone call to try and price the best alternative flights. She never once got exasperated or stressed out by the constant enquiries, no question was left unanswered and she was very patient with the ever-changing course of the decision-making process. This is the kind of Customer Service that is missing in our current climate.
