When I moved to Marin from the city I was worried about how I would get to the airport without spending a fortune every trip. $30 each way and getting to relax for the journey has been amazing. The bus is comfy, it has seatbelts and power outlets at every seat and it’s clean! The App is super helpful giving detailed descriptions of where to catch the bus at every stop and includes live views of where each bus is. Special thanks to Evans the driver. He is courteous, an effective communicator and most importantly is a safe driver.

I have used this twice in my life. Now you must buy your ticket in advance. They don't take cash, I was told by a very rude driver, yet watched him take cash from 4 other passengers. I had problems with getting the information from the website and was treated like I was stupid. I was handicapped and was using a boot and crutches, and he was even mad about my crutches being on the bus. Another passenger apologized for the driver being so rude and unhelpful to me.

I was very disappointed, I would have thought that an airport shuttle service would stick to it's schedule, I arrived at Larkspur at exactly 3:30, which is on time. The bus was already gone. I waited for the 4 o'clock bus, and when it arrived the driver greeted me with an attitude, while barking orders to sit down and belt up. But since I was running a half hour behind schedule, I wasn't in a position to say anything to him, he was having a bad day already. Then the bus was going very slowly, not due to traffic, but because the driver was overly cautious. Not safety oriented slow, just 30 below the limit on the 101. We arrived at SFO 20 minutes late. I clearly remember when the Marin Airporter started in 75, but until recently I never used it. Next time I'll drive myself, or take another limo service.

I use this service every 3-4 months out of San Francisco International. Every driver has been kind and communicative. This service is affordable, clean and safe. I highly recommend the Marin Airporter.

The driver just threw my luggage in to the baggage compartment. As I handed my wife's bag to him I said I had valuables in the bag. The driver threw her bag in and said, is there, I said yes and he said they're still there. Super rude and unprofessional.

Updated Review: Marin Airporter is acting like a clown show tonight. No coolant in bus was discovered after bus was loaded with passengers ar Airport.

At the suggestion of dispatch, Driver drove off airport property to try to get to gas station on El Camino Reale. A station on the wrong side of the road that requires a left turn and a u-turn in order to reach the station. But...the driver waits in a travel lane instead of the left turn lane so.... the left turn arrow never gets triggered. Bus driver then drives to next intersection and does a 5 point u-turn while blocking oncoming traffic from the other direction.

Turns out, after all the beeping alarms in the bus and all the ridiculous maneuvering to get to the gas station, the hose for the radiator is broken so all the coolant leaked out and radiator does not hold water.

Driver then leaves gas station, parks bus in the right turn lane at a green light, gets out of the bus, walks to the rear of the bus, and then gets back in the bus which results in the bus almost getting t-boned by a car making a right turn around the bus because the bus is blocking the turn lane, After honking the horn at this turning vehicle and continuing on with the right turn, the bus driver then drives to park the bus at Tanforan Mall to wait for last bus of the night to come pick everyone up. (Please feel free to listen to the attatched video for a 30 second clip of the beeping that we all had to endure for over 1 hour while the bus driver whisked us away to park in the Tanforan Mall parking lot. The video starts with the bus driver beeping at the vehicle that was trying to turn right.)

After waiting for over 30 minutes in the cold bus, the driver of the 11:30pm bus (last bus of the night) drives right past Tanforan Mall and clearly does not know how to communicate well with the other driver, follow GPS, and/or does not have access to the Live View in the Marin Airporter App Map. (which we have all been forced to download if we want to give our money to the company using a credit card)

A couple passengers ask driver if the 11:30pm bus just drove past us by mistake and instead of saying 'Yes', the driver decides that saying "He is on his way here" is the best, most true answer. Oy. That would have been a bad answer even if the bus driver was the only one who knew that the 11:30 bus driver made a mistake and got lost on the way to the bus rescue.

The last bus of the night finally arrives at the Tanforan Mall and this bus driver (who already blew past the Tanforan Mall parking lot several minutes before) now blows past the route 380 highway entrance. Super professional driver skills are not in effect tonight by either of the drivers

The multiple people who got off the broken bus and paid for Uber/Lyft/Taxi jave now probably been at home for over 1 1/2 hours now. The rest of us are just getting over the Golden Gate Bridge at 12:30am

Drivers of both busses do not know policy for when this type of broken bus shenanigans happens. Driver of broken bus says that everyone should talk to the manager tomorrow.

Not a brilliant plan for the following 3 reasons:

1. Not a brilliant idea to not have a policy about what happens when you run a bus company and a bus breaks down.

2. If there is a policy, not a brilliant idea to employ drivers who do not know the policy.

3. If the policy is actually to talk to the manager, not a super-brilliant idea to have 40 upset people individually call the manager the next day instead of making a policy that the driver can convey to passengers.

Only took 3 hours to get from SFO to Marin. Marin Airporter Manager, I asked the bus driver to direct you to this Google Review and asked them to have you contact me about this experience since the policy seems to be that all passengers need to speak individually with a manger about the lackluster service. Hoping the bus driver conveyed this message to you.
Thank you.

Previous Review: Good location. Convenient for transportation to and from the airport. Plenty of parking, clean, and well lit at night.

It's gotten expensive, but cash still preferred and they're freakn comfortable...and you can park your car there for pretty cheap as compared to the airport.

Taking the Marin airporter from SFO to Marin. Driver first announced rate increase so now it’s $30 one way! It seems to go up every time I take it.
We’re sitting in traffic in Golden Gate Park. Used to take 19th Ave and it was much faster. With the higher rates and longer routes it’s not worth it. I think it’s going to be two hours before I get to Marin. Big decline in service! So sad.
