My first time here this weekend. My husband and I came down to visit my niece. Loved the farmers market and got a ton of goodies. We did some kayaking which was beautiful then had an early dinner and enjoyed the great view. Definitely will come back!

Went with Family this weekend and was pleasantly surprised. Rented a boat and cruised the bay. Kids loved seeing the seals lying on the beach. We had a quick bite and walked the piers. The farmers market was fun, a lot of deals when it came to the fresh vegetables.

My husband and I spend a relaxing and enjoyable time in the boat cruising the marina. I never knew there is a commercial side where you can participate in the water excursions. I’m going to paddle board while my husband kayaks next time we visit our daughter, son-in-law and our precious grandson.

This is a great place to visit and be close to the water while enjoying the great restaurants, like my favorite The Waterside. It’s such a charming place to visit in Oxnard. It’s even more of a treat when we get to see the Scarlet Belle launch for private event like a prom, and we can wave to everyone on the boat.

Marine Emporium Landing is a great place to take your kids fishing off their dock ( for a small fee) Jet ski's and electric boats are available for rent! KAYAKS!!! YES!!!! we take them out all the time! couple of great places to eat as well!

Looking for something fun to do, Marine Emporium Landing is your place! Wide variety of shops, restaurants and activities. When I called, Nicole referred me to the jet ski and kayak place and a couple food options. Such a lovely environment.
