Applied for a loan, called the branch several times to talk to Andy to discuss the loan, always with another customer, never returns my calls. I go online to request a call, ignored. I guess I'm not worthy enough for them.

My only complaint would be that I originally went to the office to co-sign a loan for my nephew, somehow through the process I became the applicant and he was the co-signer and that was never communicated to me. The amount was adjusted as well.

Other than that, Byron Shields was a joy to work with. He was polite and very patient with my nephew.
