My mother has used this travel agency for years even when I tried desperately to have her purchase tickets online. "No way" was always her response and "I'll call Jim at Mars travel". Sadly, she has been deceased now for 2.5 years. Well... this week we needed airline tickets and travel health insurance to fly quickly to Bermuda because our step dad, her husband, has now passed. Immediately, I said to my family "call Jim at Mars travel, he'll know what to do" and sure enough, he not only knew exactly what was needed to fly to another country during covid times but he still remembered our mother! Jim and Linda at Mars travel offer wonderful, personal, A+ customer service which is exactly what their customers require in all types of situations. I recommend this travel agency whole heartedly!!
