Some bumps along the way. Confusion when we got to Madrid Airport to meet with the transport to the hotel. In the itinerary we were instructed to meet @ restaurant that didn't exist. It took awhile to find the location. We had to pay for transport back to airport on the the last day, because the only available time would have been too late. We had already paid for the transportation in our initial trip packet; so it cost us additional money. Although it wasn't that costly, we already paid for it. It was a good trip overall we did see alot in limited amount of time. Cosmos needs some improvement on transportation arrangements and communication. Thanks

We've used Mary for 12-15 vacations at this point, and the experience has been excellent. She booked us on several straightforward cruises (simple 7 day Caribbean), and several complex ones ( A World Cruise, Antarctica, and a 32 Day South America). In each case, the bookings have been flawless. She works hard to insure pricing is the best available, and on most cruises we received some extra on board credit that came as a total surprise to us.

On one cruise, the line did a last minute price drop, and she worked tirelessly to rebook us at the better price -- all while we had no idea the price had even changed. She is extremely easy to deal with, very knowledgeable, and provides excellent recommendations.

I've seen many write ups about how cruise lines can be very hard to deal with if you book direct with them, you can avoid that hassle by booking with Mary.
