Hajj 2017 - Mashaer Travel provided excellent resources, facilities, scholars, and last minute surprise accommodations for the great value packages that were offered. They allowed the group to have an intimate knowledge transfer of useful information, and are transparent in all activities throughout the trip. It was the best experience of my life to say the least!

I am thoroughly pleased with my Hajj experience through Mashaer Travel. Hajj can be logistically and physically difficult and unpredictable, but our group leader worked incredibly hard to make the experience meaningful while working diligently behind the scenes to accommodate each individual in our group. The age range in our group was from 21-75, and I believe everyone had an incredibly positive experience. Most importantly, our group leader provided moving and meaningful lectures and education throughout the journey, so much so that members from different travel groups listened in our lectures and reported they were not getting nearly the same spiritual experience. I have read through the negative reviews and can see why some may be upset--there are some things that just cannot be controlled during Hajj, and no matter what group you are with, a good amount of flexibility is required for the inevitable hiccups you will face along the way. Additionally, our leader was strict in his interpretations and followed the sunnah very closely so as to err on the side of caution. But from my perspective, my family of four thought it was worth every penny, and I truly thank Mashaer Travel for facilitating the most meaningful experience of my life. If I am fortunate enough to go again, I will be going with Mashaer Travel and will recommend them to anyone looking to fulfill this beautiful pillar of Islam.

This year my parents and I decided to go for Hajj. It was the first Hajj for my mom and I. I didn’t really know what to expect, to be honest; growing up, I heard how Hajj is incredibly difficult and sometimes even dangerous, and although that can be true to a certain extent, our experience with Mashaer Travel (and Caravan Travel) was nothing but amazing. They took care of us and made sure they did everything they possibly could to help us throughout the journey of Hajj. The group leader, Hafiz Wasif, although disciplinary when need be, was a huge factor in how much we enjoyed the trip. In all honesty, he could probably pass as a stand up comedian of some sort. We’re already planning for an Umrah with Mashaer in the near future, Insha Allah, and totally recommend this group to anyone and everyone.

My father and I performed Hajj with Masher in Hajj 2018. They provided everything they offered, and much more. The group leaders were very caring and attended to all our needs. They even boosted our plane tickets to business class on the way back. Yes, there were some setbacks and inconveniences, but that is to be expected with any group you choose to go with. You cannot go to Hajj expecting it to be a walk in the park, after all. Mashaer did everything in their power to make our stay comfortable. JazakAllahu khairan.

For most of us, Hajj happens once in our lifetime, and it is our responsibility to make it an acceptable Hajj. I performed Hajj-2018 with Mashaer, and they provided all promised accommodation and travel arrangements. However, group leader always came up with an unrealistic plan, and he kept on changing it according to his mood. He created a hostile environment and never gave any respect to Hajis. He never admits any of his mistakes and to evade from it he continuously blamed hajis and Saudi Government. In my experience performing a peaceful hajj with this group was challenging. Also, this group does not have scholars to address female needs.

I will NEVER recommend this group for your holy Hajj especially if you are performing with family and elderly.

My elderly & healthy father and I performed our first Hajj in 2019 with Mashaer. Hajj is an amazing, supremely uplifting and unpredicatable experience. Our group leader/Sheikh did a phenomenal job at keeping the group organized, giving educational & inspiring lectures, accommodations arranged were 5star (with the exception of Mina which is the "true roughing it" part of the trip), the 1 day historical sight-seeing from Medina added wonderful context to the experience, the couple of treats (great local eats) were really nice and he interjected some good comedy to help keep our spirits light in what is at times a stressful, time crunch experience.
He knew the locals & the area very well: this was apparent from how he handled unexpected situations & created a workable Plan B in the moment. One thing, you have to be ready to move fast & keep up but you will at the end have an amazing experience.

Me and my wife had a great Hajj experience with Mashaer. It was our first ever visit to Saudi Arabia but Mashaer travel made it very easy, interesting and enjoyable. The best Hajj preparation material, very useful recommendations for Hajj supplies, kept the group together from departure to arrival, group leader with full command and fluency in Arabic, English and Urdu. Hafiz group leader with Qari available all the time to help and guide about each and every step of hajj. Beautiful duaas and recitations. Great logistics, transportation and hotels. Very proactive and very thoughtful on timings to perform each step of hajj to avoid huge crowd. If you want to have a best hajj experience and want to complete each and every thing with all the minute details MASHAER is the hajj group to go with.

Mashaer group travels with the best combination of muftis, scholars and Aalim-e-deen. Among them Qari Nazarul Islam is a real treat to listen to. His recistation of Quran and lectures are eye openers and fascinating.
Mr.Wasif khan’s early morning or after Isha lectures were very informative and extremely detailed. All hajjis were given proper information about next day plans and happenings. Tours of Ziyarah were accompanied by a comprehnensive look
On islamic history likewise the rites of hajj and its etiiquettes were explained so that none of the hajis were left with any questions.

In the days of Hajj; every step was carefully monitored and guided with proper duas and recitations. Mr.Wasif khan ran a fast paced yet tightly knit group to avoid hassles and problems that hajjis might face during the days of hajj. It was indeed a real treat to be a part of this caravan and I truly believe that it couldn’t have been better than this. We are extremely thankful to the care and service provided by each member of your entourage and highly recommend them for any travel needs you might have.
